So the old man is suing the University for "theft" of the complex.  Might have even had a case.  Then in this thread, Milo posts an unflattering picture of Fr. Pilarz, reflecting the prevailing beliefs of the three posters on the board (in all their incarnations) and the lawsuit against the University.

Later on, Milo claims the picture falls under protected satire.

So, with that cowardly attempt to hide behind the First Amendment as they see it, Milo has basically just come out and admitted for Joe that the lawsuit has no merit, that it is quite obviously frivolous, and that the old man will once again be tossed out of court.

Brilliantly played, Milo, you ass.  I'm sure the old man is real proud of your work, now.

Edited for clarity.  First sentence originally had the old man suing the old man.  Someday, in his senility and reckless lawsuit filing, this may be the case, but not at the moment.

Tim here....

I like reading the **** that is said on their web site and gaining as much incriminating evidence as possible on them.  You have to realize, these are all round head boobs that are not very smart.  they say things on the site and then say things in the council meetings that will get them involed in a r.i.c.o predicated lawsuit.  They are all involed and proud to state in an organization deemed the legion of doom.  They have been "gathering" personal information of certain people and they make ambigious threats on their site.  When and god forbid anything comes about by one of their less than blanced members they will all be in trouble.  There is a document called the Patriot act that really opens up the !st ammd.  For all of you guys who can see their insanity and are outraged by these mad hatters, just let them keep talking and keep monitoring them.  They are digging a major hole for themselves and for any Union leader trying to garner any respect.

No one takes them serious but if one of thems as much as lays a hand or even violates the personal space of someone on there "Lists" they have made, well you will see real power in action.  If you think local city or county politics have pull you have another thing coming.

Indeed Tim

Actually I have felt that was an important aspect of this website.  We have here, as well as on our first board (Chumster), preserved a great deal of posts that at some point could be used against them. I have said often that they are stepping over the line from protected speech and into unprotected areas. (especially some of the posts on their chumster board) I have long been concerned that while most of the posters are pin-heads flapping their lips and are for the moist part harmless, one must be concerned that their words could, I repeat could, encourage a less than stable person to take this vitriol to the next level.  I pray that never happens but I am aware that the climate they foster at DD could lead to a potentially harmful event.
