When you deviate from your script, you sound like yourself:  A COMPLETE DOLT!!!!!!!!!! You have no idea what you are talking about. Defending Public Safety Dept.  and I.T. dept., useless boobs, get your head out of your large ass!  The I.T. dept. from what I hear, takes many, many "training classes". If they were soooo great, why do they need more training????????? I highly doubt a city of this size needs 3 I.T. individuals. Hire one with experience, so he/she doesn't have to take "classes" all year long!! Hire students from the Scranton School District to maintain the city website, they can do it for credit and it would be free to taxpayers!!

As for Public Safety, what does Ray Hayes DO exactly besides babysit Elliot? Sherri, baby, how many citations has the Public Safety dept. won so far?????? Do you have an exact dollar amount??  Uh, no you don't. Which account is the money in???? HMMMM..doesn't exist, huh? The city is losing the cases at the magistrate hearings..I guess it doesnt say that in your prepared script. Oh, well..

OK this is why I wanted to call this Hello Pot ... etc.  Read the yellow highlighted area.  Now I'm not an IT person although I have been accused by Joey P of being one (but I'm not) I do work in a building with 5 of them.  I do believe that training is never ending in the world of computer technology ... well just think about it ... they come up with new technology ... and it's hardly on the market and it is already obsolete ... as new technology comes out one must be trained to use it ... hence the training that is ongoing for the IT people ... Come on I know your not that stupid as to think that on person could do a better job ... hell there are 5 IT people full time at Scranton High School ... and that's not a tenth of what I'm sure the entire city has in technology ...   OK now the blue highlighted area ... do you all know what an oxymoron it (No not Joe Pilchesky) ...   Main Entry: ox·y·mo·ron

So now we know what an oxymoron is ... so I bet you can guess what I am going to write next ... that's right How do you HIRE STUDENTS TO WORK FOR FREE!  Why not just call them student volunteers ... but considering how much work has to go into a project like this ... maybe just maybe those student's would want to be compensated for their hard work ... think about it!   Lets not go calling Sherry a DOLT ... when you yourself sir/mam are the Bigger DOLT!
