As posted by me on Joe's website this morning:

How much have Pilchesky's lawsuits cost the taxpayers?
We've all read in the newspaper Joe's estimate of how much his various lawsuits have cost him; how about an estimate from Mr. Pilchesky about how much his suits cost us, the tax payer?

It's a fair question.

I'll save you the time and space in your response by openly admitting to being a mama's boy, guy who can't look at himself in the mirror, guy whose wife can't repsect him for not being a man, someone who has no vision for the future and is gutless to seek change. Guzzler, DOBEE, a-hole, you name it - that's me.

Now then, can you fast forward to the part where you tell us how much your suits are costing us? You float numbers out about every bit of government money and minutia, so this should be an easy one for you.

I don't want to know why it's impossible to put a price on doing what's right...blah, blah, blah...I want to know how much this is costing us.

Please don't confuse the question with "how much it will cost us if you don't file suits" and "how much the future of our city will cost," just get right to the part about how much these lawsuits of your cost the city.

I'll expect one of the above answers repeated in some Pilcheski-esque manner, or to be told to do my own research. At no point do I expect an actual solid answer to this question.

Getting banned again is also a distinct probability.

How much?

PS: I know I suck, I know I'm Norman and need to get back on my meds, I know I'm not welcome here, I know I'm a desparate DOBEE, I know my guy is the most crooked and corrupt politician on the planet. I've got all that.

Please just tell me how much the city spends beating you in court every couple of weeks.

I address that post. Waiting for an answer. I'm not sure where the idea that our taxes were going up 95% from. It's the first I'm hearing of it.

Is he saying that if I currently pay $2000.00 in city taxes this year, next year my tax is increasing to $3900.00? That's a 95% increase - is that what he's saying?

Wow, my taxes are going to almost double, I guess I missed that story.

I blame the Times, they only print nice things about the mayor - they obviously ignored that HUGE story.

I missed that on also Art ... I didn't hear about that one either ... they make things up at DD so they can fan the flames and keep the believing in them.  I don't think that the times would have passed on that story no matter how loyal they are to the mayor ...

Again and again and again. Ask a simple question, get no answer. It's smoke and mirrors time! Marblehead doesn't want to answer the question because he's afraid of the answer! If the sheep find out that he's been blowing thousands of their tax dollars on these frivilous lawsuits, they'll need extra shots of thorazine! I'm still waiting on VoR finding out the info for us. Maybe I'll poke around myself and see what I can find out. BTW, it's good to have you back posting, Art!

Art, you'll get a straight answer to your simple question the very same moment that monkeys fly out of Mr P's ass. It is entertaining though to watch them NOT answer the question.

One disapointment so far though...Granma hasn't written a reply yet. It will be interesting to see how she can say 'you suck' in her typically literate style.

If your taxes are $2000, multiply in 2007 by 1.25, which equals $2500.00.


Then multiply the $2500 in 2008 by 1.25, which equals $3125.00.


And multiply the $3125 in 2009 by 1.25, which equals $3906.25.


.. which I'm sorry to say, almost doubles the $2000 tax base.

I want to add two things.


1. I am not saying this makes it better (or worse for that matter). If I read the breakdown correctly, this increase will not be tallied on the total tax bill, only on the improvement portion of the millage. Did I read that properly?


2. As to the cost of Joey's lawsuits.......while the actual cost could be calculated through bills from the lawyers..... I have to wonder how much this has cost us in hidden expenses.  The time spent by clerical workers, researchers, and so on...  How much work was left to sit, undone, while they spend their valuable time working on his nonsense.  How many business people decided not to float a new idea by our administration or city council because of their expectations of negative reactions from Joey and his merry band of *obstructionists? How many people, who might have stepped forward to lend a hand, add an opinion, offer some advice, never did because of the fear of retaliation by the Legion of Gloom? (Funny how the demons in any good horror movie are always called legion but I digress.. ) I submit that what Joey and the Jobees have cost us is immeasurable.   


*Obstructionist:  somebody who deliberately causes delay or impedes progress.  deliberate interference with the progress or business especially of a legislative body

OK so how is this for a hypocritical trip (that's right Joey is a hypocrite in case you had not noticed).  I couldn't even believe this one ... statements he made take a look. Give Darth Art the answer he deserves ... I think he is entitled to it Freedom of Information Act ... I know you know what that is!

The absence of Doherty, Mellow, Gatelli and their like doesn't cure the rabid disease in this town we know as the Scranton Times.

By Seed Planting 101, I mean that I won't live long enough to see the seeds of righteousness bear fruit in a most positive and productive way. However, like new highways that are started by blasing through mountains in the way, you can consider this the blasing stage of this revolutionary electronic highway. I am not alone, look around. I only ask for a little recognition when the electronic highway is completed, maybe a little thing like a sign: "The Freedom of Speech Highway". My grandchildren will use it, and so will yours. And that, my friend, is what it's all about, tomorrow. A safer and honest tomorrow in government, one where the kids of today, and kids unborn, won't be afraid of their government, but their government will be afraid of them. Well worth the sacrifice, don't you agree? It's not about the money, not mine or that of the municipality. Stop counting, that's not what is at stake here. Quality of life is at stake, just in case you're not paying attention closely.
 
So on this, I highlighted what I thought were the more ridiculous statements ... I know most of it is highlighted ... How about Joe Pilchesky wanting a sign in his honor "The Freedom of Speech Highway" this makes me sick
 
Joey you might be able to con your little with your speeches ... but most of us read this and just want to puke up our dinner.  You are looking for a "safer and honest tomorrow" ... then practice what you preach ... what are you writing for Hallmark now ... again I think your going to make me sick ... We will pray for you Joey ... The will be coming after you for statements like this ... he loves liars.
 
How about you ... you tell everyone we have the right to know where the money is going ... unless we want to know what you are costing us ...  I guess we don't have the right in your eyes to see how much of our tax dollars you are wasting on your frivolous lawsuits ... I'm not disputing the math, I'm disputing the numbers used to prove the "95%" increase in taxes.

Council must vote on the mayor's budget each year. Tax increases are included in the yearly budget. You can't just say we'll increase taxes every year for three years - you have to vote on each one each year.

Maybe it has been proposed to increase taxes by 25% each of the next three years, but the only increase enacted would be for this year.

Again, it's the exageration of and skewed facts at DD.com that I'm debating. No statement is free of opinion over there, everyone tosses in their bias and claims everything they say is fact.

If you're being guided by the Times story that I have filed 24 actions, you're being misguided. I haven't filed anywhere near that many lawsuits.

1. Over the swimming fee (ruled in favor of the city - Judge Cottone, no standing)
2. Over the pool house (pending)
3. Over the appointment to council (ruled in favor of Amil Minora - Judge Munley, no standing, already appealed)
4. Complex (ruled in favor of Greco - Judge Mazzoni, no standing, motion for reconsideration filed, to be appealed)
5. Golf course (decision pending before Judge Minora on standing)
6. Illegal pay raises (pending argument on standing before Judge Minora in February)
7. Smoking ban ( just filed, but should be a quick kill)
8. Against the Office of Inspections for constitutional violations when inspectors entered my property illegally and filed fraudulent criminal citations, which they lost. (going to trail)
9. Against Wallce, Zoning officer, basically for impersonating a zoning officer, (dismissed by Mazzoni for immunity, already appealed.)
10. In federal court on constitutional violation regarding free speech (going to trial after failure of PSP and DA's office to have case dismissed)
11. Petition to force BA's Office to explain $134,000.00 expenditure out of UDAG account after BA's office refused to do so. (pending, Mazzoni ordered briefs filed)
12. Over the banners and billboards (withdrawn, and refiled - pending)

To be filed:
1. Against the University of Scranton, Atty. Carl Greco, Mayor Chris Doherty, Atty. Paul Walker, Robert Mellow, Gene Hickey, Ray Hayes and past council members, for fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and theft of a public properties regarding the Complex and the golf course. (Waiting to see what the SHA will do with Washington Plaza, that's a fraud and one-half going on there, should be interesting enough)
2. Against Judy Gatelli and Sherry Fanucci and federal court on free speech issues and conduct unbecoming elected officials, fraud, dishonest services and numerous ethics violations.
3. Against Judy Gatelli, state court, dishonest services, fraud and numerous ethics violations.
4. Chris Doherty - Volunimous civil and criminal RICO Complaint. Waiting for Rendell to appoint him so I can embarrass him on a state-wide level, and watch Doherty be removed from the office he was appointed to, and then appointed to his new position in a federal facility.

If there is another one, I can't recall it at this moment. There are various other petitions and pleadings that get filed after the original suit is filed, and perhaps that's where there is confusion by the Times.

 


At what point can (or will) the courts decide this guy is using the court system as a means of harassement. When can they either refuse his cases or make him post a significant bond before accepting his cases?  Anyone know?  By his own estimates he has been at this for a year and a half (18 months) which means he has an avg of 1.3 lawsuits per month.This is outrageous!

Everybody needs a hobby, baby! Apparently, Marblehead thinks starting up a cult of personality and abusing the legal system are a form of relaxation. I think he should spend his time more wisely...like taking up masturbation with a cheese grater...it's probably less painful then getting slapped in court once a month!
