This wingnut is setting the stage again for his upcoming loss in court AGAIN! Read this load of crap..."Wrong is wrong. I firmly believe that the U of S and every single person involved in the theft of the Complex knew it was a theft right from the start, to include Councilmen Murphy, Gilhooly, McCormick and Hazzouri; Mayor Doherty, Council Solicitor Hickey, Senator Mellow, Father Pilarz, Carl Greco, Paul Walker, the U of S Board of Directors (which Lynett sits on), the SRA and Judge James Walsh, to name a few.

If my standing is denied by Judge Mazzoni, I will simply have no choice but to have a fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and unjust enrichment lawsuit filed in order to bring all the ugly truths and facts out into the open in this matter. They are not only ugly, but they involve weatlthy businessmen, such as Louis DeNaples and several lofty Legislators and Senators. A fax exists that ties many of these people together, and I have a copy of it. It was a fax issued by Carl Greco. I've kept it under raps until now, but it will be an exhibit in the lawsuit. I had hoped these unethical people would do the honorable thing in the face of legal challenge, but they did not. Instead, they raised the bar. Intensified the challenge. So, it is done. This action will be filed before Christmas, maybe next week, so I'm not going to wait on Judge Mazzoni's decision to act on it, whatever he dicides. I'm a patient man, but not stupid. I believe the U of S will resell most of that land to those who own land around the Complex, if it has not already. The statutes on fraud is 6 years, so perhaps I'd be better off doing the same thing with the golf course.

I'LL SUE THEM ALL FOR FRAUD AND IN ADDITION, I'LL FILE A FRAUD AND CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD CRIMINAL COMPLAINT. Rising tides can lift any ship."


So, he knows he's gonna lose again, and this is what he's gonna do when he loses (and he'll lose this one too!). Why can't he just act like a proper two year old and take his ball and go home when he loses? Why prolong his agony? Maybe because he enjoys having his massive ego stroked by his legion of brainwashed sheep? And why doesn't "Milo" come through in the clutch with some tasty evidence that Marblehead can use to embarass the Judge into ruling his way? I guess "Milo" is too busy with his little (and I emphasize little) web page!


Remember Marblehead...Rising tides can lift a ship, but they can also sweep the dead wood far out to sea. Damn, it's good to be back!

It is good to be back!!  Looks like not much has changed. Joey still thinks he is God and he is still losing lawsuits.

Judge Mazzoni tossed me - no standing in Complex case


 Today, Judge Mazzoni issued a lengthy decision and Court Order that essentially concludes that I don't have standing to argue the sale. I'll be posting his decision soon, .....


 


Dang!! what a shocker!! Who'd have thunk it??

I think he truly enjoys being disqualified in court ... I don't think he would know what to do if he ever won one ... he wouldn't have anything to bitch about ... and how can we check to see if these lawsuits are really filed ... I am also still waiting for the cost of his frivilous lawsuits ... have been in contact with someone on council who is checking this out ... but I have not gotten the answer yet ... I will share this information as soon as it becomes available.  I'm sure the taxpayers known as Joey's Sheep would be interested in knowing what their leader is costing them ... I'm sure the legal fees add up to a Mil in tax increases ... as we all know legal fees are not cheap.  I know the rest of the taxpayers are quite interested in knowing!


But they will continue to worship and bow down at the alter of the almighty Joey P.

I wouldn't worry about the legal fees associated with Mr P's bogus court actions...after all, isn't Janet Evans is going to get $6,000 a month from the Scranton Times for the priviledge of renting the press room at City Hall?

From what I have reviewed, the state law clearly prevents Scranton from enacting and enforcing a smoking ban. It's pretty cut and dried, but Council Solicitor Amil Minora has his own interpretation, which leans toward concluding that Scranton can do what it wants to do. That's pretty much the thinking of this administration, regardless of existing constitutional laws and rights, or otherwise, they just do what they want and leave it up to us to take it back or fix it. (Prediction: the first objection will be that I have no standing, same as the last five arguments.) It's no wonder this administration pushes us little guys around, the court won't let you in to argue any issues unless you really can walk on water, if then. I figured I'd file before any of the cronies lawyers do it, like in the Complex deal. Then the fix is in, and we're out

Awwwwwww the big bad Administration is pushing 'little guys' like Mr P around. My heart bleeds. Oh, wait....isn't this the same Mr P who is...

...a virtual Aryan superman in terms of his physique?

Oh, I get it....he IS all of those things, AS WELL AS being a 'little guy'. It just depends on the circumstances. Damn, can I get one of those switches installed? Funny in that I'm just stuck being plain old me all the time(*) and I don't seem to have the ability to switch at ramdon between 'Ubermann' and 'Pitymann' at the drop of a sentence. Note to Mr P: Trolling for pity isn't a tactic that works too well for you. Instead I suggest that you spend your time creating more pro-Doherty posters at DD, as that always seems to rally the Legion troops.

 Oh..... for those of you might be doubting, I am sure Joe wasn't influenced by Little Miss Jan.  Don't be ridiculous!!   What would ever give anyone that idea?  The three hour meetings they have together? The fact that he refers to her campaign sign as "my beautiful picture of Janet"? (by the way ....how about the picture on those signs..when was that taken when she was in high school?) The fact that he practically bows and worships her every word and action? I mean other than that, why would anyone think he would do her bidding?

Did anyone think that Mr P would be able to resist the urge to file first? I mean this is the guy's claim to fame...well that and encouraging his minions to "dig up dirt" on people he doesn't like. Also, maybe he thinks this one is a layup, so it will give his lawsuit batting average a much needed boost.

A lengthy federal lawsuit against both Gatelli and Fanucci is under way. I should be able to have it done by Dec. 22, 2006 and file it on that day. Many issues will be addressed, but I promise, Judy Gatelli and Sherry Fanucci will find themselves facing a federal judge. A new court order will issue that will direct Gatelli on her conduct as president of city council, if she's not removed, which is what I'll be seeking to have done. She has to step down as council president, she is very much part of the poison that is within that chamber, add to what Doherty put there. I believe Fay will be joining me in this visit to the federal building, and if possible, so shall the man who was forcefully removed from West Scr. High School. Gatelli's anti-constitutional tactics are going to be wiped out, just as she will be wiped out next election. The name Gatelli is a symbol for betrayal on council level. She'll never be able to survive what she's done to her political future, which is now dead. Fanucci, at least, never pretended to be anything but a Doherty plant, whatever credit there is in that.

Ok so here is what I have to ask you Joey ... do you not get that Council has rules ... do you not get that Fay knows those rules but she chooses to ignore them because she and Janet are friends ... so Fay thinks she should be able to do and say what ever she wants ... well that's not the way the world works ... because if it were then there would be no laws ... nor any rules for any reason ... can you imagine what this world would be like if we all were left to run around doing whatever the hell we wanted to do all of the time ... we need rules ... As far as taking Judy and Sherry to Federal Court ... good god don't you waste enough time energy money (your own and the city's) ... give it up ... grow up and stop stomping around like a 2 year old.

At the Lackawanna County Courthouse this morning, Judge Mazzoni decided to allow another argument over whether or not I have standing on the Complex matter. Greco and I will face off once again next Friday at 1:30 pm in Judge Mazzoni's Courtroom.

The stupid bastard watches "My Cousin Vinny" a few times and suddenly he's a lawyer! By the way, I just love all the defections from the DD nuts.  we just keep spreading the truth and the good people of this fine city just keep finding it...but it helps that Marblehead is so blatant about controlling the content of his site...the iintelligent ones know when smoke is being blown up their asses. I'm sure he and Milo will be very happy together.

You know, it's a sad day when a part time carpenter/doctor/lawyer/photographer/publisher goes to Commonwealth Court to argue a law he disagrees with then whines incessantly about how a judge who's been practicing law for more years than our hero has had this stick up his ass rules against him.  Furhter, instead of finally admitting that he has no business arguing the case-- AGAIN-- in the first place, tin foil supplies hit an all time low as the fault is placed not at his own ignorant beating-the-ground-where-once-a-dead-horse-lay feet but at the feet of Louie DeNaples and the University of Scranton's "influence".

Joe, get a damn life, would you please?  Your case will never ever be heard by the Supreme Court.  You're more than a run of the mill fool if you think it will be.  The Court gets to pick and choose what cases get heard, and your piss-ant without merit suit will barely even be looked at, much less considered for a hearing. 

You lost.  Again.  Now go away.

I also saw this thread and thought that Dil was back ... I wonder what happened to my friend Dil ... that's the terrible thing about only knowing someone through the computer ... you worry terribly when you have not heard from them.  Well you worry about those you know in the real world also but at least in most cases you can pick up the phone and call them to see if they are alright.

As to Joey losing again .... I can only say one thing! GOOD!
