I started to diet a few days ago i have been eating chicken in a weight watcher wrap with salad for bfast then a snack such as an apple then another wrap for dinner then a snack then a ww meal i do 20 to 40 minutes cardio everyday and go on a fast walk daily do you think this will lose weight and how fast any tips?
