I would like to know what type of foods I should eat to keep weight on. I'm training for a run and weight falls off me when I start training. I know in some people's cases they would be happy with that but I'm slim anyway and really don't want to loss any weight I just want to improve my stamina. So what types of foods should I eat before and after my workout to keep my calories up? Any advise would be much appreciated thank you.
