Granted, JP is an intelligent man but most of his posts are written in a style that requires a dictionary and a thesaurus. I seems like he intentionally tries to sound all brainiac because the way some of those posts read, I can tell it just didn't flow out of his mind like that, he had to really think about how he was gonna say it. All Im saying is that if and when any of his books come out, I hope the average Joe Schmo can read it w/o a reference vocabulary guide. I know I'd be interested in reading stuff he writes.
I was just wondering if you guys discuss any current events or is this board strictly for JP bashing? It just seems pointless since his board is no longer up and I don't see much activity. Can I bring up other topics or would that be frowned upon? I don't want to tick anybody off here since I am the new guy on the block.
Thanks for the go ahead! Before I go off on my thoughts about different topics, am I assured that my identity is safe and will never be revealed (of course keeping things above board, no lies, libel, etc.)? I heard how Gatelli tried to have the posters named revealed "across the hall" but lost that fight due to free speech and all that great stuff we Americans still have a right to. I'm just being cautious cause I don't know what kind of waters I am treading in here. And by no means, please don't take offense to my asking.
Speaking as a moderator of this board but speaking strictly for myself, I'd like to say that the revelation of members who post here is not and will not ever be an issue here. Due to the fact that there has never come a time when any of our posters or Moderators or Admin have put themselves or this board in any such position .
We all have our opinions and some of the posters here voice them loudly and with conviction ... however we never make threats which need a disclaimer, and the only 'demands' we make here are for the simple facts.
If you post something questionable, we'll ask that you prove it. If you can't, the post will be removed (and some of us will talk about you behind your back). If you're uncomfortable with your 'proof' being out there for the masses to see, PM the admin. Lus is admirable in her position and takes it very seriously. Although she relies on her moderators to keep an eye on the joint, she's the one with the power around here; and let me just say flat out ... she is no joe pilcheski and will not tolerate any lies, innuendo or harrassment of ANY kind.

Thank you very much. I did read all the rules and appreciate all your input. So that being said...what is anyone's take on the condition of Family Court. I have been following that Danielle Ross Guardian ad Lidem case about her tax problems and hope they put her away for many, many years. And is Judge Harhut still on the bench or did he retire yet?
The reason I bring up Danielle Ross is that she really screwed me over with my kids not too long before she was kicked out of her position and I am so curious to see what Karma is heading her way.
