it seems that the sixth councilman is getting quite a lot of attention (not positive, mind you) on his ramblings during the council meetings.

I had thought that the solicitor only comments on legal matters when asked? ......hmmmmmm. seems that this cat is way overstepping his bounds. if he has SO much to say, why didn't he run for election for one of the seats. why isn't anyone talking about the litigation he still has against the city? revenge.
