There is no proof of it! Hummmmmmmmm a Murphy who enjoys booze and brawling; who’d have thunk it? Sorry.... not a big surprise to the people from North Scranton who know them.

I know this family ... I know them very well. Mrs. Murphy did not leave her children home alone ... she left them in the care of her parents. Her parents live right in the back house ... these children were left with Mrs. Murphy's parents and her father was there ... and as to the fact was he drunk? The neighbors who wittnessed this say that he was ... they are the ones who called the police on him ... and do innocent people run away? No they do not!

Mrs. Murphy has dirty hands here. If she was home where she belonged there was no incident. Since when does it take two people to buy Pepsi. She lives walking distance to five stores. Where was she gone for so long that the kids had to call the father complaining they were alone and scared? I sure would like to know where these stores are? The only ones I know of are located in Keyser Oak and two down W. Market St. ... which would take quite a while to walk to from and back from the Murphy home ... driving is the quickest way! Just sayin!

These children were not left alone as Mrs. Murphy's mother and father were home ... their home is located in the back yard of the Murphy home ... so when she left she asked her dad to keep an eye on the children ... hmmmmm ... again Joe you want people to think you know more about a situation than you do ....
This Hessmiller guy got off cheap. If that was me and I arrived to children abandoned and unattended and my estranged wife pulled up with some guy, he'd be eating applesauce out of a straw for months. I'm going to order the transcript. Why would you say that Mr. Hessmiller got off cheap ... to the best of my knowledge Mr. Murphy cheated on his wife ... with a principal of one of Scranton's Elementary Schools ... and I do believe he left ... so what she is not allowed to have a friend ... come on Joe .... I know that you know that story ... really ... The children were not abandoned and Mrs. Murphy is entitled to have a life since Mr. Murphy threw away his family like they were trash! Order all of the transcripts that you want ... but that won't change the facts of this story! Oh yeah and the entire neighborhood witnessed this drunken display!
