Happy to see that the SSA project is underway, but the hike in fees is an outrage. The SSA is so over-bloated with crony fat it's painful to look over the employee list. This is the project where I sued to stop the SSA from awarding the project to the highest bidder. A Lackawanna county judge agreed with me that the lowest bidder was going to do the exact same work and stopped the SSA from procee...See More

    • Stephanie Tarapchak Why? Did it benefit him?
    • Stephanie Tarapchak How many people out there would go to bat for a cause just because it is the right thing to do?
    • Stephanie Tarapchak Who paid the lawsuit filing fees? Lackawanna County owes him, bigt time!
    • Stephanie Tarapchak It cost Joe money to help NOT cost others money. The world needs more "JOES," but, there is none like my "JOE."
    • Joe Pilchesky The point here is that "one" person can do this. As a ratepayer I had standing to challenge that the award was given to the highest bidder instead of the lowest bidder. Each of the contractors became what is known as an indispensable party, so they were a party to the action, although law provides that none of them could have initiated the action. Once I initiated it, the lowest bidder was allowed to take the stand and prove he provided an apples-for-apples bid, but didn't get the project. I was paid nothing for my efforts and asked for nothing. It took four days of my time in court spread over six months. I did get a call from a few SSA board members who voted against giving the award to the highest bidder, who thanked me. Had I, as a ratepayer, not initiated it, the highest bidder would be on site today and we'd have spent $2.6 million more. That stuff goes on all the time in municipal authorities everywhere. No one watches them!!
    • Stephanie Tarapchak Joseph, "one person" cannot do "this."
    • Stephanie Tarapchak YOU, my love are the "PERSON" who can, YOU are the "peron" who has..........
    • Stephanie Tarapchak This man has helped us all, he has NEVER askd for anything iin return.

1. Joe did not initiate the lawsuit. The lawsuit was offered to him.

2. Joe has always asked for something in return.

3. Joe became involved in that lawsuit for publicity. He's building his portfolio in order to write a book and sell his so called skills.

4. Joe didn't do any lawyering in that case, the attorneys for both sides did.

5. If it cost Joe money to help others, where is he getting the money?

6. This man has helped himself to all of us; look what I lost because of him, and Stephanie is in worse shape today than she ever was before she met Joe.

Stephanie tarapchak would believe in an idiot like pilchesky, shes mentally ill thats already been established, and hi on drugs. Its quite obviois why she either dates 24 year olds or 64 year olds. 24 uear olds are gullible, and the 65 year olds are desperate. Hnmmm does this make her a W#@re???

"Hnmmm does this make her a W#@re???"

No Insider, and I respectfully disagree with the term you use.  It makes her SAD & PATHETIC.  She seems to be someone who needs help...not needs to be used by someone like Joe Pilchesky.  The demons this lady must be carrying around in order to be attracted to someone like him...well let's just say that her head must not be a very friendly place to reside.

The above noted, "Dr Candypants" should always remember that, when you lay with dogs, you always end up with fleas.  Just ask Joanne.

I'd like to ask a question. The ex-Mr. Dr. Candypants was all up in arms across the hall when his wife was hell bent on posting under the kash for kids topic.

Now that the good dr. is so open about her cavorting with pilcheski - Where is he now? Why is he not complaining now? Why is it ok for his kids to be around that ogre?

I don't get it - those two bitch about the damnedest things, but none of the IMPORTANT things.

Ross and all the agencies and all the court departments involved in any family court case have been contacted by me where I have offered my insider's information, material evidence and educated opinion regarding Joe Pilchesky's character and propensities. I caught him several times, and that was one of the reasons I left him so abruptly.
