I have relieved Joe Pilchesky from his administrative responsibilities and privileges. It is my belief that the Doherty Deceit website, which operated by Joe and another Administrator, will have a link to a mirror message board that may look like and function like this one.

I have disabled this message board temporarily because I am attempting to prevent any defamatory, libelous or vulgar statements to be exported from this site and imported onto the new message forum.

It is my intent to clean up some of the posts on this board, removing ethnic, cultural, personal and all defamatory statements and then re-activate it. It should be up and running by tomorrow early a.m.

I didn't realize that I didn't know the real Joe until after we were married. My mistake and I'll end up paying for that. When we got involved in the politics it gave me a value. After about 2 years I should have divorced but fooled myself into a sense of being honorable by remaining loyal.

I never suspected that he was a sociopath. When I put dozens of puzzle pieces together I did leave. I'll admit it ..... I am afraid of what he is capable of.

With good reason Joanne ... if I were walking in your shoes I would be afraid. I remember standing right next to him at a political debate between Gary DiBileo and Chris Doherty and wanting so badly to tell him who I was ... but then there was fear in me so I kept who I was to myself. I know what he did to people involved in the North Scranton Little League ... I know the man he beat while drunk and sleeping ... he is evil personified. It is unfortuante that you had to find this out the hard way.

I'll figure it out and manage that issue. But suppose you let a visiting friend use your computer to post on the site? Then your IP is the same as your friend's (at that moment in time).

When and if I discover that he is one and the same with other user names, then one of the accounts will be deleted.

I don't think he's using only one, and I don't want to protect him at all. What I don't want to do is cross the line so other people will feel that, if push comes to shove, I would expose them, too, regardless of how many usernames they might have. I really believe the message board is a valuable tool and I'd like to recapture and rebuild the integrity of its purpose.

Multiple user names are common on any message forum, the distinction comes with registering using the same email each time. Even when you enter an online sweepstakes, and it says one entry per customer, you can use a second, third, fourth, etc. email to enter.

As long as members, regardless of which username they choose to use, post valid information and exchange ideas in a respectful and educational way, I don't see mulitple names as a problem. It's only a problem when a member disseminates rumor and defamation and then uses another name to support it.

Probably the best way to protect the rest of the apples in the barrel, since one bad one spoiled, is to watch the information flow. If a member puts up statements he/she claims are facts, they would have a day to prove it. Otherwise it would come down. If they did it a second time, they would be banned.

Is that so inequitable for the majority that you don't concur?

But we're digressing here. I agree that there are dozens.
