Joey boy may have spent his last day on sunset today. sheriffs were spotted serving Mr. Clean w a PA. I guess him and Doc over stayed their welcome. He was spotted leaving the residence with.a basket full of clothing and a computer bahaha, while being escorted by the sheriff.
I hope he don't get a female judge, after hee literally harassed judge corbett in the court room yesterday, all but bitch slapping her to the point she had to call a sheriff, how funny would it be if she was the judge ordered. I heard the way pilchesky was acting in court yesterday, corbett should get a pfa on him as well.
I never understood why he was there if the first place ... he clearly stated when it was reported that he did not pay his property taxes that it was not his house that it was Joanne's ... so why in the world was she the one to leave the home.

Yeah, he took the laundry basket of clothing to drop off at joanne's new digs because she forgot to do them before she left and he'll need clean gah-chees for prison. Laundry must'nt be the forte of dr candypants.
Although his heading off to the pokie before her is a little comical, don't you think?

I've never laid a hand on her. She knows better than to think or infer that I would. I have 100 pounds on her. However, there is some history to this nonsense. A month or so ago, she showed up at 819 Sunset St., unannounced, and with no one home she entered the house, my private space, the same house she had abandoned 21 months ago. She was warned repeatedly to stop just showing up unannounced. I had just bought a new Lenovo computer, as the old units kicked. It was the only computer I had and it had ALL of my legal files on it, among thousands of other scanned in docs and pics. When she left, she took my computer with her. She didn't leave a note or advise me otherwise that she took it, so when I came home to a missing computer my heart sank. Your's would, too. I had a ton of legal work to do, and now my computer was stolen. I was totally screwed.
So, I called the police and Detective Gilroy came out. We talked and he concluded Joanne stole it, since an expensive camera and several other expensive things weren't touched. He said he'd file his report and proceed to find her, but I then told him to let it go. I advised him that if she's charged, it'll violate her bail condition and she'll be put in jail. He understood and made me sign a waiver of no-prosecution against her. I sent her a text giving her a date certain to return it, which she didn't comply with.
Instead, a few days later, she again showed up unannounced. She had the computer with her, but she also brought a handyman with her to change all the locks on the hosue and garage to lock me out of my own home. I was tipped off and when I got there she had changed all house locks and was in the process of locking me out of the garage where I keep my tools, which I need every day for work. That's when the shyt hit the fan. Was I pissed? You bet. That's called invasion of privacy and criminal trespass. We were face to face as I demanded she remove the locks. She refused. I gave the handyman an earful and he was happy to get going. She called the police. Several cars showed up sirens glaring and when the smoke cleared the cops told her she cannot lock me out of the house or garage since I am still husband and have lived there for 16 years.
She was ordered to open the house by the cops. She refused. The cops then instructed me to do whatever I had to do to get in, so I broke a window and removed all the locks, to which only she had keys. She lied to the cops, saying I was her ex-husband. She also told the cops I shoved her, another lie. My son was there and witnessed it all. She then said she was going for a PFA as to immediately evict me, but instead, she went to a lawyer's office and surrendered the keys for me to pick up, explaing how sorry she was for her conduct. The lawyer will be at the hearing.
On this past Monday, she again showed up unannounced and just walked right into the house as I was working on my computer and Stephanie Tarapchak was resting in my bedroom. She brazenly came to my office and asked why Stephanie was in my bed, to which I said it was none of her business and demanded she leave. She refused. She stayed and argued for half an hour over who owns he silverware, etc. I then agreed to be at the house the next day for 2ish to go through the contents and label what was hers and what was mine, but instead of her showing up, two deputies showed up with a PFA.
I can have her charged with criminal trespass, I'm sure. I should have had her charged with stealing the computer, but this is what I get in appreciation for NOT arresting her, because that would have had her behind bars three weeks ago on a bail violation.
Nice guy syndrome. See where it gets ya'.

He agreed to a 6 month PFA which was negotiated prior to the hearing. He still kept whining about how I abandoned the marital home, and apparently, he kept track of the length of time of the separation...i.e., 19 months, 14 days, 6 hours, and 2 minutes!
We could have had a hearing. I had my witnesses, screen shots, emails, pictures, etc. all ready, but Stephanie was there, and I didn't want to put her through further embarrassment and humiliation.
He wouldn't give his physical address, wants it to be confidential. I heard he's bouncing between two places, one in West Side and Stehanie's place in Ashland. It's in the wind that he's not paying for the place in West Side, because an old a friend of his owns several properties in town, and that he's living there for free.
He has my address, however, so I'm on the lookout for sliced brake lines, cut eletrical wires and other forms of retaliation. I had him served with divorce papers prior to the hearing.
I will have to agree with Ag on this ... smartest thing you have done!
