Exposed? Nothing was exposed. The only thing that was exposed was your opinion on it, but we all know your relationship with Dr. Tarapchak, so there goes that out the window.

Again I saw alot of allegations and false promises, that were not backed up. If you think something is exposed because you make up a fake portrait of it, and tell people its believable?
Well, let's see, the posts and any and all relevant documents posted here were up for at least four months. No one disputed the truthfullness of any of it. No one. And, I haven't been sued for libel, either. Nor has anyone else. Since every document came right from the file, it was easy enough to affirm their authenticity or falsity.

Dr. Stephanie Tarapchak stated on the record before Judge Moyle that she was in a romantic relationship with me. I was in the courtroom when she made the statement. It's in the transcript. It was a truthful statement. Adults have been known to do that from time to time. Is that ok with you or did either of us forget to get your permission?
Relieving Dr. Tarapchak of years of incredible mental and emotional abuse via Family Court was one goal. Mr. Tarapchak's aggressiveness has been severely curtailed with the removal of Judge Moyle. Judge Moyle removed herself after a pro se Petition to Disqualify was filed by Dr. Tarapchak after she fired her last lawyer and hired her new one, so that was done without a lawyer. The Petition was very well done for a doctor, I must say myself. Moyle actually denied the Petition, but removed herself anyway. Hmmmm, I wonder why.
Relieving Dr. Tarapchak of living in fear of being killed by her former boyfriend, *******, who, at 6'2" and 220 pounds, repeatedly physically abused her (5'0" and all 100 pounds of her) was another goal.
Both goals were accomplished. Gone are the rapid fire frivolous contempt petitions Mr. Tarapchak loved filing at her mental and emotional expense, as well as financial expense. Gone is the threat of being battered again by ****. The guy does have a cool name, though. Hollywoodish, for sure, without the woman beater trait, of course.

Joe pilchesky refers to the Dr as a scorpion. She is more known as a black widow. When she realized Joe was all talk and he git nothing accomplished for her( she still had to do drug testing) and had to hire a lawyer, loyd Hampton to cut her a deal with the licensing board. She's on a 3 year suspend license. Such means she's on probation for 3 years. She flanks one drug test they yank it. Joes pissed cuz she used him, tests why he took down all her posts. And the reason he won't post the transcripts is because he doesn't want his followers to see the bull**** he been feeding them

Joanne and I have been estranged for 19 months. We get along amicably, still work on cases together and still have a common interest in exposing corruption and protecting the right to speak freely. We just can't do it under same roof. We're both strong, intelligent, independent, eclectic people with a passion for justice and causes, neither inclined to take any sh!t from anyone (including one another). This site was built by Joanne. She still admins it with me. That's her expertise. She was a steady and reliable source of support and resources for this cause, but our personalities clashed on a personal level. I'd go to war with her anywhere any day of the week with full confidence that she'd have my back. I was the problem. I can be prick to live with if I don't get my way on certain demands. She's a bitch from hell if she doesn't get her way on certain demands. One day back in early 2010 the prick and the bitch clashed. So Pilchesky is now back with the doc. New post says he's walking hand in hand with her into the sunset. No question about it now. Just leaving his wife to serve jail alone. Of course one has to remember that the doctor has access to testostone.
