So why when I read this in the Scranton Times

 "So, Mr. McGoff, I did not call you anything you did not call yourself," Mr. Loscombe said of the phrase, which has been used by critics of Mr. McGoff and other, past lawmakers seen as mayoral supporters.

why did I picture Mr. Loscombe like this?

Being smart and or articulate has never been a requirement to sit on konsil, but then again representing unionized city employees is a different story.

Volunteer Fire Department,, why not it works everywhere else,, and then the workers can burn down all the vacant and blighted properties,, saving the tax payers alot of money
