I agree 100% with Glenn. 

Is this the same Glenn who lives in Olyphant and has done zero for the people of the City of Scranton? 

There's no question about it. Whenever there are Doherty cronies illegally sitting on an authority nothing should be done about it.  I don't think Joe Pilchesky should be helping those Latinos save their church either.  The nerve of him.  As for Kenny McD just let him get away with anything he wants.  Joe should have never exposed him, such a waste of time. Joe shouldn't have stopped the county from changing the voting district last year either.  Tell the people of Covington Township that Joe Pilchesky is trivial and see what happens.

Let's list all the things Glenn Cashuric has done.  Go ahread Glenn, you start it off.

Unbelieveable.  You know what's most incredible?  That Joe Pilchesky is still here. Still fighting.  Still pushing for the right thing.

Not really.  I know the players.

This is what happens when those who should never...ever...win actually do.  As the supermajority flounders and publicly protests that it is being persecuted as a "do nothing" council (which isn't completely true--they are simply a "not doing nearly enough" council) and the council speakers vanish like political zombies deprived of a ready victim to devour, the true colors of the protest movement begin to show. 

Chris Phillips?  Hero to zero.  Ken Smith?  Hey, what's a hundred grand in unpaid taxes and fees when his opponent is someone who dares to speak out against Janet?  The problem here is that the person who normally would be the most deserving target of that group's scorn is...gasp...Janet herself.  All the other potential villains have been defeated. 

Now that's a conundrum.  The budget will be entertaining, because the Fab Four have really painted themselves into a corner.  If they give the unions a free pass, they fail. If they start spreading the pain, DD will implode.

I can'tdisagree with your predictions. I however am not surprised as I have seen her performances during her whole political career (starting back in the "wow I can give myself a job School Director's day). About the only thing she is good at is BSing people.....all talk no action ......all image no substance.

Decreased funding from $5,000 to $1,000 for St. Joseph's Center mother-infant program.

What is it that this program doesn't do that offends this supermajority to the extent of cutting funding for it?  It isn't much funding to begin with for God's sake or maybe it should have been increased.  What's up with that?  I suppose I'll have to make a council appearance to find out.

If that doesn't become a book nothing should.  There was a book published call "Ball Four" about a park that was saved in Boston I believe.  Similar situation, but this story is way more involved.  This story has it all. 

It's really great of Fran Vutnoski to put her name on that.  It means a lot to all of us who want that park back.  Thanks Fran.

No matter what happens there Joe P. you're giving it a hell of a ride.  No one can say anything different.  It'll be a fantastic deed if you pull this off, but as you've shown us the court is dirty to the core and I'll be pretty shocked if it rules against the U of S and the city. Keep up the good work.  We'll keep the prayers going.

Universities are not only huge contributors to very high level public officials, but they offer perks galore to friends and families of powerful elected officials and you don't get much more powerful than a Commonwealth Court judge.  Trust me, the Jesuits are well connected right up to the Supreme Court as Mr. Pilchesky will discover.

If a university gives a staff or maintenance job to the spouse of anyone who works for the judiciary and that person has children, then they all get a free education.  That can be a $500,000.00 perk right there. The beat goes on.  The universities have loads of people working for them with relatives in government.  All under the radar, of course.

All true.  My Mom has worked at the University of Scranton for 13 years now.  All three of her children got a full ride.  Not a penny.

It's not complex at all if you take the time to read it.  It's actually very interesting.  And makes total sense I might add.

You need a legal analyst to understand it.  Joe should do those things in English so we can all understand what he's doing.  I'm sure he knows where he's going with it but don't say just read it to understand it.  It's half Greek for me and I'm sure for most who have read it.

What don't you get?  The point is that in the original case that started it all there were lots of mistakes by Paul Walker because he neglected to name all the parties he was supposed to name and that calls for dismissing the whole case by the rules.

As anticipated, the Commonwealth Court has rejected the effort by Fran Vutnoski to have the Phillips/Vutnoski Complaint dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.  Judge Barry Feudale denied the petition without so much of a hearing on the matter. In fact, he denied it without Carl Greco having to file a response to it. What a prick. Here's a copy of Fuedale's ridiculous order.  This will be bumped up to the Supreme Court within 30 days where it belongs. 

I was in Harrisburg on Wednesday, the 10th, for the purpose of filing a constitutional challenge to the passage of SB850, Act 52 of 2003. That's the legislation that Bob Mellow had rushed through the House and the Senate. He told everyone it was necessary to sell the Complex to the U of S.  Of course, Mellow is a big liar.  At any rate, it's unconstitutional for any piece of legislation to have more than one subject in it. SB850, Act 52 of 2003 is unconstitutional for that reason.  The Complaint is against the entire General Assembly for passing it. It speaks for itself.

The title of a thread may change many times to accommodate the introduction of updated information or a change in events. Keeping information in one thread prevents splintering and results in readers getting more relevant information at one time. It also makes subsequent searching for information much easier.

Do yourself a favor and start a site of your own.  You can call it Iwantmymommy.com.  That way you can cry to someone who actually cares.  It's often very demanding to keep up with the political pace in this area and there's certainly no time to stop to wipe your ass every time you have a I-want-my-Mommy moment. 

Go stand in the corner crybaby and don't come out until I tell you to.

I personally do not count all of Joe's personas as individual members ... And I don't count Joe and Joann as members as they are the Administrators of that site ... Temporary or not I give Glenn credit for standing up to Joe for a thread that he created and they hijacked it and turned it into something that Glenn never intended it to be ...

It's all a big game...and I am his friend, though I find myself on opposite sides of the fence from him more and more.  Like when he changes my heading even though I consider this (extremely questionable) deed matter very serious.

If you noticed, there is no "announcement" of anything discovered past the initial letter and response, even though I have accumulated much more research on the matter.  I expected an explanation with some details outlining where I can locate the requested information to satisfy my inquiry.

There isn't any to be had, apparently...and that shouldn't be.

My God who in their right mind can even think to wish such things on another human being ... even if Joe is writing this stuff ... how in the world does he come up with it to say about himself or anyone else for that matter. Deeply disturbing.
