ECTV tough guy Mark Migliori threatens council speaker in elevator after council meeting.	Printer Friendly

Mark Migliori has crashed and burned. A regular council speaker, Fay Franus, a retired Water Company employee in that 60 something age bracket, was verbally assaulted by Mark, 20-something, Migliori in the elevator tonight. In the time it took the elevator to get to the first floor, Migliori laid into Franus for speaking against ECTV and told her, "You'll get yours". He continued belittling her all the way out to her car parked behind City Hall. Franus called the Police and reported the incident. If Migliori is upset now, wait'll he sees what's coming his way. ECTV adamantly refuses to explain how it has gone through tens of thousands of public dollars. In time, Migliori and ECTV will explain where every penny of that money went.

Wait just a minute here. Franus berates council members week after week for her full 5+ minutes as she hides behind the podium, then gets angry when someone actually tells her "time's up" and to go sit down. But someone has the brass to approach her face to face, mano a mano, one on one, and she has the BALLS to get all uppity and run to pilcheski??? Who the hell does she think she IS, sam patilla? If this situation did happen as stated above, the only person assaulted was Mr. Migliori, because he had to look at that puss up close and personal. Hey Mark, was she sporting her Elmer Fudd chapeau?? Can't take it one on one, Fay? Then pack your $hit ... there's got to be an opening for a mascot at some circus out west. __________________ Stupid people piss me off !

Let me tell you all about Fay ... she is not used to being the one on the end of the berating ... I remember her screaming in my face because I was for the New Scranton High School being built ... many a meeting that woman got in my face ... One time she actually told me that I would need a row boat to get myself out of the high school when it rains ... and she got right in my face ... screamed it ... I didn't have to call the cops as there was a cop at the meeting that told her to settle down or leave the meeting ... so what is that saying ... what goes around comes around ... what is she going to play the victim now ... she is no victim she probably started the whole thing if it really happened. __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... He followed her down the hall, clapping in her face, applauding her for her statements, then got in the elevator and harassed her all the way to her car. I'm also told that he also got in speaker Dave Dobryzn's face out in the hall. Franus is having Migliori arresed. Oh, FAY is having him arrested? When did that old bag have the power to order arrests? As if the police have nothing better to do with their time than cater to the whims of a thin skinned old crotch. __________________

Fay Franus needs to be locked up. Not imprisoned, but committed. The woman is clearly suffering from mental ilness and needs treatment. __________________

Ok now you kids need to make up your mind ... is this guy a "Crony" of the Mayor's ... or is he connected politically to the McGraths ... because if you are one you usually are not the other ... Harry McGrath hates the Mayor. So what is it ... McGrath or the Mayor ... you are all grasping at straws here.
