The honorable Judge Robert Mazzoni has ruled that the law the City Solicitor, Mary Paterson, cited trumps the law that Atty. Boyd Hughes cited. 

Essentially, Doherty wins the battle over keeping the crony fat right where it's at right in the middle of a campaign for state Senator, which campaign focuses on cutting government fat. 

Good one, Mayor Doherty. 

You bit at that one hook, line and sinker. Do you get the idea now, you're dealing with a woman.

That post didn't even make sense ... and what the hell does he mean he's dealing with a woman now.

Janet lost ... Doherty won ... I imagine that he's going to win the next one also which is the Athourity Board member appointments ... showing Janet that she is not as powerful as she thought.

Doherty wins, but he really lost.  So using Pilchesky logic, does that mean that if Janet would have won, she really would have lost?
