You have a right to free speech until you disagree with Mr Free Speech then you are to be shut down pronto!!


Do I like either Steve Corbet or Kevin Lynn?? No I think they are both wacko's ....so what?  Last time I checked you can be a wacko in America.  Do I support shutting them down? Only over my dead body....they are not doing anything other than expressing their right to free speech....Do I think they need their heads examined most times? Yup...does that mean i want them silenced?  See comments above!!!

Hey Glenn when will you be jumping on Joeyboy for attempting to shut down someone's free speech?? I'm sure Glenn will "contact him in private".  Best not to publicly disagree with Pilchesky, as he would revoke one's free-speech rights at DD.

By the way, as anyone else noticed the almost strange fascination Pilchesky has when it comes to testicle references?  It's getting almost creepy.

They make one-sided comments with no opposition. When Corbett hears someone getting the better of him he knocks them off the air. What about everyone else's free speech?

...Just a silly thought, if you don't like what Mr. Corbett is saying, (which I usually don't), just change the station,(which I usually do), and if you don't like the overall programming at WILK and are adamantly opposed to it, then stop patronizing thier sponsors. To go out and publicly protest thier sponsors is just ludicrous and for morons with way to much time on thier hands!!!...Just my humble opinion...Jimbu15.

I am going to disagree with you on that comment Glenn ... it is somewhat better here and let me tell you why ... because you can come here and have a different opinion than I have ... and here I am held to the same standards as all of the posters because there are moderators who are watching over this place so when I step out of line I am edited and told about it. That does not happen at DD ... you CANNOT have a differing opinion and Joe is not held to the same standards that his posters are held to because he is the last and only word on what is appropriate ... so in my opinion that makes this site a better site.

Why would you be banned? You say that you call him out on the things he writes but I never saw any evidence of that ... maybe one time. But we all started this site because we were not allowed to have differening opinions ... we were banned. I would allow Joe Pilchesky to join this site to defend himself ... but he will not allow any of us to join his site unless we agree with him ... and you all call that freedom of speech ... I think not!

I can only think of one thing that would get Glenn banned at DD...otherwise he can pretty much write as he pleases and nothing will happen.  In some ways, while Lus is absolutely correct that Joe doesn't hold himself to the standards he hold others to, Glenn has something of an "back-stage pass" at DD simply because...in my opinion...Joe likes the fact that this local lawyer with some credibility will post on his site.

Here's the difference...in this forum, speech is free...accross the hall, speech is only free until you disagree with the mass of narrow-minded, racist, morons! When that happens, it ends up costing the taxpayers booku bucks in frivilous lawsuits!!!
