Of course there is favoritism, but then again I think Ms Evan's middle name is actually "Hypocrite". Wasn't she the one who made the comment a year or two ago about other konsil members having family working for the SSD? This was coming from someone who got her own SSD position through exceptionally questionable means AND has a son that works for the District.
Yupp, Ms Evans could probably proclaim that the sky was actually purple and that the moon was made of cheese & her loyal toadies would simply nod in agreement.

Well just how much longer do you think that they will be in love with her? It's always easier to criticize others than to actually step-up yourself, a fact which Ms Evans is already beginning to demonstrate. Before you know it she will be longing for the old days, you know when all she had to do was use 2965 words to in effect say "Doherty Sucks!" as all of her supporters crowed in approval.
