Oh, don't be such a grinch. If you knew the rumors that Kenny and his little helper at the tax office had going around the courthouse about me when we ran in the primary, you would indulge me a little swipe. In any event, happy holidays. GC __________________

I actually think Glenn took it easy in his post. The only reason Ken McDowell survived so long, was his connection with Jarbola. He should have been arrested. The FBI stated pretty clearly, that there were criminal violations committed by McDowell, but they had no jurisdiction, only the state did. (The state being state prosecution, as in District Attorney Jarbola or the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.) When McDowell was at the single tax office, he was a drunk that usually left early if he showed up at all. After much publicity, he attended a rehab facility, but quickly fell off the wagon. As far as his competence, well, let's just say I don't think Glenn's McDonald's scenario is too far off base from reality. __________________

I would have thought you would rather be above him, not rolling in the muck with him.
