We can now prove that Gatelli is violating the public trust by:

1. Consistently violating civil rights

2. Snickering at speakers

3. Arbitrarily applying the rules to different speakers

4. Arbitrarily applying the rules on the appointment of McGoff

5. Coaching a vote by telling Fanucci to vote no

6. Publicly stating that she isn't comfortable with giving the mayor more money and then voting on giving him another $30 million

7. Being advised that the smoking ordinance is illegal and then voting for it

8. Being advised that the operating budget and the capital budget have huge discrepancies and then not investigating

9. Stating over a year ago that she was going to implement some type of improved PILOT program and not presenting anything yet

10. Not attending an extremely important budget caucus because of personal reasons

11. Insulting the speakers by calling them pathetic

12. Not applying the rules to Fanucci when she jumped on Franus out of order

Using public safety officers for personal use?

Abuse of authority by ordering polcie to action?

Many times she shut down that minister Simmons for just saying the name of God, and then she let that black man talk about God for five minutes when he was pushing for the no smoking ordinance. Then, that Iranian woman spoke about God and no gavel.

Gatelli better get it right and either stop saying the name of God in the pledge of allegiance, or allow everyone to say it.

The only thing you have to worry about with Ursula {Gatelli} is what she will do with her remaining term in Council.  I have many relatives in Southside, her "5 minutes of fame" is over!!!  She sold out the wrong people in the City...She's "One and done!"...Jimbu15...
