Brian Mizok is a donor to Margie's campaign. Mizok has always been in and out of trouble, if you check Mizok's name you will see he has a active arraignment docket from 1999. I would think this means Mizok could have a warrant out for his arrest, I was told that Margie was the prosecutor on one of Mizok's criminal cases, I am very concerned here that Margie could of violated the canon laws by accepting Mizok's donation.

A lawyer who is a candidate for judicial office must comply with the Code of Judicial Conduct. Phila. B.A. Prof. Guid. Comm., Op. 88-28 (1988). See Stretton v. Disciplinary (3rd Cir. 1991). Plaintiff, a lawyer and candidate for judge in the Court of Common Pleas sought to enjoin enforcement of Canon 7 of the Code of Judicial Conduct contending that his ability to campaign for the position was impeded by the limitations imposed by the Code. Canon 7(B)(1)(c) bars judicial candidates from announcing their views on disputed legal or political issues, while Canon 7(B)(2) prohibits personal solicitation of campaign funds. The Third Circuit affirmed the district court's finding that Canon 7(B)(2) does not offend the Constitution and vacated the district court's order barring enforcement of Canon 7(B)(2). Id. at 140.


I am so concerned that I am going to send the letter below to DA Andy Jarbola;

Dear D.A. Andy Jarbola

The purpose of this letter is to request that you investigate Judicial candidate Margret Bisignani Moyle on the grounds of a alleged canon law violation. Brian Mizok has donated to Bisignani Moyle's campaign, Mizok has a criminal record in Lackawanna county. I am requesting that you or your office look into the allegation that Bisignani Moyle prosecuted Mizok while she held the position of A.D.A. in Lackawanna county.

I believe, if true that Bisignani Moyle was indeed a past prosecutor on one of Mizok's criminal cases, it would be unethical for Bisignani Moyle to accept a donation from Mizok, with out violating the canon law.

And I am also thinking about paying for a robo-call to inform Lackawanna county voters of Margie's behavior. I figure by using a robo-call I can give Marge a taste of her campaign's own medicine.
