The letter referenced by Pilchesky was printed in the Friday, June 19th edition of The Scranton Times.  Another boner from the crew that gave us "Doherty to take job in Harrisburg" and "DiBileo by 8+ Percent".

By the way, the letter above, authored by Director Tom Gilbride, was submitted to the Times-Tribune for publication in the same spirit that Austin Burke's letter was published. It was refused.

There lies the cancer of the City of Scranton, the Times-Tribune. It always has been and it always will be as long as we allow them to get away with it.

Will the KOZ applicants show up knowing the public has a heads up?  We'll see how bad they want that free ride.
