I felt the need to archive these in the Private Forum here at PD, when is the filth going to end ... when are they going to stop making up crap and editing news articles to fit their needs ... my guess is never ... but I have hope as a few posters were clearly disgusted with these two thread and Hardcore even suggest that #2 be taken down "PRONTO" ...
I just want Joe Pilchesky to know that we are keeping these just in case they are one day needed.

#1 reeks of pure fantasy. From what conceivable database does Joe so ****ily post this convenient little datasheet, complete with date of birth, drivers license, and turn-ons? Whaaaat? From what database does that come? Fortunately, I know the answer. None. Methinks Joe is courting his own little fantasy, what with Edith about to head off to the hoosegow, he thinks his leadless pencil is deserving of a young, tanned concubine.
Pure fantasy.
For #2, I saw that one, but I believe the correct link is here. That is one which Hardcore suggested be deleted ASAP. Of late, “President McGoof” and a “tfromscranton” have quite suddenly found the need to expend hours and hours launching into an all-out campaign to smear Margie Moyle, when there was nary a word about her prior. It’s one thing for them to make their usual paranoid-delusional innuendos (e.g. “I heard from a very good source that it was Virginia McGregor that had JFK assassinated”) but they really cross the line. And with such earnest insistence… evidently we are supposed to honestly believe for example that “President McGoof” has the personal cell phone number of the Mayor of Miami, Florida, and that the Mayor happily entertains weekend calls from McGoof and has no problem making low-brow derogatory statements trashing Margie Moyle, to be posted publicly on a website, when in fact I’d wager money that ANY mayor would be quite reluctant to do any such thing – let alone a mayor dealing with a question of a county election a dozen states away involving someone who he probably had virtually no dealings with – and the time frame being a hazy 10 years ago to boot.
Bewildering. One wonders what dog “tfromscranton” and “President McGoof” have in the hunt to be devoting what appears to be hours to this bizarre fantasy. If anything, it only makes them look all the more sleazy and all the less credible (not that they were particularly possessed of credibility or without their share of sleaze to begin with) . Or perhaps they would like us to believe they are working for the campaign of one of the other candidates who has much to gain by knocking Margie Moyle down. But if anything, given the fact that the claims they make, for example accusing people of being felons, are defined and concrete, it’s all the more that law enforcement needs to get up in their britches to shut them down.
But above all, Margie Moyle does not deserve this.
Sorry - didn't realize that c-o-c-k-i-l-y would be a banned word above.
But hey, for once I actually AGREE with one of our counterparts across the hall - "Hardcore" - that Joe Pilchesky would do well to delete those threads in their entirety.
I also noticed that another DD-ite seems to have gotten so disgusted as to leave - "Shaolin Kung Fu Monkey" was one of the few trying to keep them honest on Margie Moyle and he/she seems to have vanished as well. Or perhaps banned by Joe.
'mcgoof' is just one in a long series of names for the same poster over at DD (one also being something about Judy and Stop-n-Go). This character keeps coming up with supposedly political career-wrecking schemes that always seem to fizzle out. He's a walking version of a Honeymooner's episode.
As for the actual content of the threads...well I'm waiting patiently for Glenn Cashuric to chime in with some words of caution for Pilchesky on both topics. Go ahead Glenn...you like to play in the sewer, and it doesn't get much stinkier than that.

Glen has probably read it already and has said nothing ... I could be wrong ... but I somehow doubt that. Glenn would slam us to the wall here telling us that we are a kinder gentler version of DD if we said anything like that about a candidate ... but somehow it's ok to let the kids across the hall get down and dirty in the Mud. It's that DD double standard that I often talk about.
I have all of these posts safe and sound just in case they are ever needed by Chris Doherty and Margie ... and I will say this ... I am not someone who believe in suing others ... but I would be at the courthouse Wednesday morning filing on Pilchesky as soon as they opened, If I were one of them.

Lus, I'm absolutely certain that's what Pilchesky wants.
Think about it: 80% of the guys claim to fame is the whole "serial plaintiff" bull$hit. Absent that, he's just a kook with a website and an estate-bilking wife. Hell, while the estate-bilking wife thing is kind of novel, the kook with website is not.
Anyway, Pilchesky is probably salivating at the thought of being sued by (especially) Chris Doherty. Not only can he play "Citizen Attorney" but he can also pretend to be "poor victim fighting against the machine". The guy lives for the attention. He's said repeatedly "sue me" and he has also said that, if he lost, he would never pay up.
If I were Chris Doherty or Attorney Moyle what would I do? That's a tough one. First, I would demand, in writing, that the postings be taken down. If that didn't work, I'd probably contact the Sparklit folks and lodge a complaint, as they probably have a policy against the abusive use of forums. I'd probably also come up with some way to repudiate what is written...maybe a statement on-line that says something like...
"I want you to know that there have been some very vile and untrue things written about me on-line by cowardly people with personal agendas...and I want to take a moment to set the record straight..."
...and I'd most likely leave it at that.
Oh, I might do one more thing: I would review the postings by those people other than Pilchesky who have been identified by name (for example, Fay Franus "outed" herself once & we have the posting saved) and I would definitely go after them in court. Joe may fancy himself to be "Mr Citizen Lawyer", but Fay Franus, "officer" Nelson, Danny Boy Hubbard and others are not. That's the DD soft-underbelly, which is why I suspect Judy Gatelli has taken the route she has in court.

McGoof is the one who put up the Moyle thread and McGoof is the one who should be sued ... Joe did post that in his opinion as Judge and Jury he has vindicated her. But she should demand to have his IP to identify him and she should sue him plain and simple!
And Joe should surrender the IP in intrest of ligitimizing his site ... if that's at all possible.

Backlash from a number of his own posters on these now - Looks like Joe Pilchesky himself is even starting to get disgusted with it himself, this morning he's called McGoof out and is threatening to take all of his threads down.
Since I'm usually the first to criticize in this regard, I'll be the first to offer praise...Glenn, you did the right thing. I might yet vote for you next time.
By the way, Pilchesky's response is his typical "this is war" bull$hit...basically just Joe using military analogies as cover to say "I can do whatever I want". The only thing he forgot to add was an homophobic reference. Anyway, the problem with Pilchesky's logic...outside of the fact that it's illogical...is that it inevitably leads to physical violence (if you say "nothing is out of bounds" then someone will take that literally).
glenncashuric Posts: 731 Date: May 17 4:38 PM, 2009 Why win an election with substance or ideas when salacious gossip and innuendo will do the trick? Only this time it will not, and in the home stretch of a very close campaign, you are unintentionally (?) sabotaging that which you have worked four years to achieve.
The more people hear about this thread, the more likely they will be to vote for Chris Doherty and his council slate. I guess I just don't get it anymore.

My apologies to Glenn ... I didn't think you would call Joe out on these posts and I was wrong. So my sincere apologies go out to you.

The lunatics are running the asylum at JOey LAnd...
Over the years, all that JOey BOy has started, allowed and encouraged on Edith’s website (technically the site is registered in her name, so let’s give credit where it’s due) is rearing a really ugly head. Lately some of the posters (apparently some inbred version of Milo) are throwing legal caution to the wind and making some of the most off the wall postings. All of these undocumented rantings has turned JOey LAnd into another of the many hate and/or conspiracy sites found on the web. It only proves that JOey LAnd lacks any credibility what so ever and it appears that the wheels are coming off in 2009.

JOey LAnd is truely a JOke!!!! Last evening THE SHADOW posted a couple of her photoshop pics depicting a traffic cam picture of the mayor and this girl (me thinks she does not exist, if so you prove she does JOey) tooling around Harrisburg in a green porsche. Those pics have since been removed.
Some poster loads an ad from 570cars for a silver porsche (JOey stated factually that the car was green) and by following the criptic phone number in the ad that the car belongs to a Dougherty, not Chris though.
Finally JOey leads his sheep to believe he had a big meeting in Harrisburg about this and guess what - nothing from JOey, just a lot of HOt air from his many JOey LAnd personalities.
Bottom line, JOey has no proof of this and is using this to goat the mayor into suing him so he can depose him in court. This must be Gary's last minute strategy.
Talk about desperation... apparently the wheels are coming off JOey Land in 2009!!!!

Gary DiBileo should hang his head in shame over this whole sad episode. It's his supporters who are doing this, and while I don't believe for a moment that he approves or condones this sort of thing, the fact is that it's being done in his name. While I do not believe that Gary is a good leader, I do believe that he is a good, decent human being and as such, he should be telling Pilchesky to have this rancid crap removed. If that doesn't work for Gary, then at least consider the fact that this crap will ultimately do more harm than good to his campaign.
Oh, and to blogger Gort42, Sue Henry from WILK and others who somehow believe that Pilchesky is some kind of "free speech advocate" and "community activist": Tell me, how many other "community activists" that you know of engage in these kinds of cheap theatrics?
Finally, let's not lose sight of the fact that Chris Doherty has a wife and children. How do they feel reading or hearing about this trash? Pilchesky fancies himself this bizzaro Spartan-esque character, fighting the evil Persian ICN, but in fact part of the damage being done here is to innocent family members.
Real tough guy Joe, real tough guy. For your next trick how about posting some trash about children with AIDS.

I don't believe for one milli-second that Chris Doherty is guilty of their accusations. I would imagine the Doherty family is holding it's collective head high and ignoring this blustering baffoon just as they always have, and for the same reasons they always have.
The only people who are giving this nonsense a second thought are the doomers. Bet you're proud of your followers now, Dibilio. They've just cinched another Doherty win on your behalf. Keep up the good work.

You guys are all assuming that this accusation of Doherty having an affair and fathering a child is a lie. We don;t know if its true, but we don't know for sure that it's untrue.
And just because some supporters of DiBileo may post at DD, does not mean that Gary approves of that site. I've heard of nothing linking DiBileo and Pilchesky. The faithful Pilchesky followers would support anyone running against Doherty. It just happens be to that Gary is his opponent.
By the way, for what its worth, that phone number in the Porsche ad is the number for the James A. Doherty Company.

a few statements 1. There are more than one Christopher A Dohertry in the world and which one was not specified and/or identified 2. There is a distinct difference between a GREEN Porsche convertible and a SILVER Porsche convertible 3. Just because you say it more than once, does not make it the truth.
You guys are all assuming that this accusation of Doherty having an affair and fathering a child is a lie. We don;t know if its true, but we don't know for sure that it's untrue.
I assume nothing which is why I think it is vile it is based purely on assumptions and accusations with no proof to back it up. If you are married how would like a rumor floating around on a local website, which has no proof, that your wife is screwing someone other than you? (I am assuming now that your a male based on your screen name if you are a lady than of course replace wife with husband)
And just because some supporters of DiBileo may post at DD, does not mean that Gary approves of that site. I've heard of nothing linking DiBileo and Pilchesky.
The law states "by your silence you imply consent". If someone where doing and saying what these loons are doing and saying in your name would YOU remain silent? I wouldn't! I would make it real clear I had nothing to do with the loons. Of course despite being a female I have a larger set then Gary seems to have...my opinion.
The faithful Pilchesky followers would support anyone running against Doherty. It just happens be to that Gary is his opponent.
Well that is a glowing endorsement for Gary. We want you because you aren't someone else. Wow can't buy that kind of praise. :)
By the way, for what its worth, that phone number in the Porsche ad is the number for the James A. Doherty Company.
So? Having a car means what? Assuming (you are doing the assuming this time) that it is even the same company.
"I've heard of nothing linking DiBileo and Pilchesky."
Bill...how do you explain Pilchesky having a copy of DiBileo's "Contract with Scranton" posted on DD days before it was released to the public? That's a demonstrated connection...you can add to that the numerous comments by Pilchesky alluding to contacts with the DiBileo campaign.

::: ... that phone number in the Porsche ad is the number for the James A. Doherty Company. :::
and again I say, the GREEN Porsche mentioned in the original filthy post is a whole other animal from the SILVER Porsche mentioned in the alleged ad. Do we need Atty Cashuric in here to differentiate between the two for you?
"I've heard of nothing linking DiBileo and Pilchesky."

Very likely that Joe got it from a campaign volunteer, I doubt it was Gary himself who gave it to him.

The James A Doherty company, yes that would be the mayor's business (that he was handed from his father, not that he actually worked for it)....on Penn Ave....yes, that is the mayor's religious trinket business.

Nope, the number was to a Doherty, not Dougherty...as in the James A Doherty Company, the mayor's religious trinket business.

Gary's campaign, Gary's people, Gary's responsibility Bill. Also note your words "very likely"...not even you are sure.
Bottom line: If DiBileo had a problem with Pilchesky promoting him and his campaign material, he could have...at any time...asked that the references stop and the material be taken down. He didn't, which states (not implies...STATES) that he approved. Since the campaign material was more than likely copywrited by the DiBileo for Mayor campaign, I believe that the Sparklit terms of use would require that Pilchesky remove then if DiBileo made the request.
If Chris Doherty was being promoted and his campaing material was previewed at a Klan rally, wouldn't you be screaming that "Doherty & the Klan are in bed with each other!" at the top of your lungs? Of course you would...you would be among the first to claim "guilt by association". The problem here is that you want to hold Doherty to a standard that you do not hold DiBileo to...and in my mind, there are more than a few similarities between what goes on at DD and what goes on at a Klan rally (just ask Stacy Brown...).

Apparently there is another thread at JOey LAnd that has taken a turn for the worse: 'Payback: It's OPEN SEASON on all of the women in Tom Yerke's life. What goes around comes around.'
I won't link to it because it has disaster written all in it.
I guess JOey BOy's prediction that Van Fleet would win hands down and another current Covington Township official would loose didn't occur. Gee - where have we heard JOey BOy's predictions that didn't come true before?
Anyway, the comments about the children of a township official and a female township official wreak of insanity. Now they've posted the MySpace or Facebook pictures of the kids - who is running JOey Land?
Desperation makes an idiot go off the rails - how true.
