There should be no excuse .... he was at the meeting ... I saw his bald little head standing in the back of the room next to the police officer.  He was all dressed up ... had a hand full of paperwork ... so why didn't he fufill the promise he made to his loyal little sheep.  Because he had NOTHING ... and he is NOTHING!

What really cracks me up here is this ... he asked himself to do this ... it's one of his very own persona's that has asked him to go to the podium and speak ... how rich!  Way to bolster your narsassistic ego big boy!

Joe P., a lot of people are asking Judy about these legal bills. She keeps saying that her lawyer is not being paid by the city for her private counterclaim.  She called Fay Franus a liar two weeks ago.  C,mon, Dude, the only guy who can pin her down is you.  You're the one screaming at everyone to get on the playing field.  Right back at you. Get the fvck on the playing field and nail Gatelli's ass to the cross. You're the only guy that can do it.  YOU!!!!!!!!!

Ok so maybe he couldn't go to the podium and speak to anything related to the lawsuit ... however he does have a right to address council even if he is suing ... he claims to have many gripes with the city and the administration ... with everything he bitches about ... there is not one thing he can go and "slam them to the wall" on ... he was there ... I'm sure that there was something he could have asked ... he could have addressed the goings on at the Single Tax Office ... he could have thanked the Fire Department for the wonderful job they are doing ... he could have stated his opinion on our "Crime infested" city ... but he didn't open his mouth and why?  Because he is nothing more than a Cyber Bully ... he has not got the guts ... he is nothing more than a GUTLESS WONDER!  What were you afraid of Joe???

Sorry, I got there at 7:00 and left at 8:15, with still four speakers or so ahead of me.   I had to leave, this BRIEF had to be put into the mail at Steamtown by 9:00 pm.  If you read the Certificate of Service at the end you'll see that 15 copies went to Commonwealth Court, 2 copies went to the SRA's lawyer, Greco, and 2 copies went to the University's lawyer, Hinton. It's 25 pages long with an additional 132 pages in exhibits, totally 157 pages.  It took seven days to to get this Brief prepared, copied and bound, and it was due today, no later. Failure to file a brief on time in the Commonwealth Court gets you escorted to the curb, no questions asked. The brief involves my 5-year battle to get the Complex back, which I am very close to accomplishing.  The 19 copies of the brief were on the back seat of my car.  I could not wait past 8:15 to move on this. Gatelli is important, but nowhere near as important as the Complex is, at least to me. On briefs that are super important, both Joanne and I mail them to cross check that everything is labeled and dated properly. Harrisburg doesn't screw around, miss crossing a T and you're done. Particulary me, they're waiting for that slip up. Things of less importance I don't concern myself as much with the small details, Joanne covers it, but I'm heavily indebted into the Complex case and I'm don't take any risks of any nature, not even with mailing, which is very important when you're on your last day.   Here are the proof of mailings for your review to prove my situation.  The receipt is on the left.  The time on the receipt is 8:44.53 pm.  That's $27.10 in mailing, which tells you how heavy it was.  Gatelli isn't going anywhere, I just thought I could drop in, sh!t on her for five minutes and leave. I didn't anticipate I'd be speaker 25 or so. I thought the meetings started at 7:00, so I was surprised to find myself so far down on the list so fast.  What's up with that? Do people go there hours before and sign in or what?

How about his bull$hit excuse ... he had to mail something ... come on why didn't you put that in the mail before the meeting ... it obviously was all ready to mail before the meeting began ... so why didn't you just swing by the mall before the meeting then your night would have been freed up for you do do your dirty work ... I'll tell you why ... because you NEVER INTENDED TO SPEAK AT ALL!  That's why.

And Joe ... the meetings have not started at 7:00 for a long time ... and you know that ... don't play stupid ... and yes they do get there hours before and again ... YOU KNOW THAT .... I love how you think everyone is stupid enough to believe your bull ... well we aren't ... you are nothing more than a bag of wind ... and I guess I should have know that a guy that would beat a sleeping drunk with a tire iron was not so scary without that tire iron ... hmmmm not so rough and tough now are you????? 

Just another unfufilled promise to his little sheep ... no wonder they are disappearing from DD ... he promises them the world and then gives them a baggie full of $hit!

DD fanatics you have to either accept one or two scenarios:

Joe is a coward and doesn't have the stones to speak from the podium and would rather rush home and bash people from the safety of his keyboard 

or

If you believe his story, he is an absolute moron so called attorney that would wait till the last minute to get something mailed on the last day.  Nothing says court room confidence like waiting till the last minute to mail in the smoking gun in his south side complex case.  Anybody want to venture that Joe was mailing in paperwork asking for more time, since that seems to be the only thing he is good at.

he has a fear of public speaking people have told me that in the past. You mean to tell me that none of the doomers would let him speak in there place....cmon Joey you are a BUM! show your face at the podium...coward!

No and no to your questions ... he did not speak ... but ... he did get to use Fay Franus to get his point across. And no he didn't go to the post office.

Now what truly amazes me about most of these people who go to council meetings is this ... have you ever noticed that they only stay long enough to get their kudos from the rest of the doomers after they speak ... they make their rounds through the room to get their pat on the back for trying to be the most ignorant speaker of the night ... I wonder if they give an award for that ... anyway ... they speak and then those who are so very interested in city business ... LEAVE ... This tells me one thing ... they don't care about city business ... the only thing they have ever cared about is getting camera time ... they play to the camera ...

People like Les talk about how when they are out people tell him what a good job he is doing ... I don't think that he gets that what they really are doing is trying to assure that he will be at the next meeting to ENTERTAIN them ... it's not because most people think he's right ... they want to see him make a fool of himself ... as we have been saying for years it's like having tickets to a three ring circus ...

And I will never get why they think they have the right to publically humiliate anyone ... they get up there and they start yelling at council members showing not one ounce of respect ... but yet they wonder why those same council members that they tear to shreds do not show them respect ... it amazes me ... I don't know what planet these people are from and I don't know when they will learn that respect is earned ... nobody ever got anywhere with the antics that they exhibit ... Then they run home to post on the DD website ... and they pat each other on the back and that's where it really gets out of hand ... the ugliness that is spread on that website is beyond belief ... the maturity level these people is non existent ... a newborn baby is more mature than they are ... the things they say ... the names they call people ... it's unbelievable ... and to me that is where they lose all credibility ... they may at times have valid points but when they start with the name calling and the threats ... well how can you see the validity of any point they are trying to make. You can't.

Anyway ... it's been a long time since I have felt like ranting ... sorry if I veered off topic ... I'm done for now.
