Doherty got reamed for concentrating on Nay Aug Park and the downtown area.  I wonder where Gary Dibilio will concentrate his efforts.  He hails from West Side, so I would imagine that will be the place where he'll start. 

But how? ... where? ...

Maybe he'll plant trees so we can't see the junkyards on both sides of the top of Luzerne Street.

Gary is probably busy trying to figure out what everyone wants his pet projects to be before he agrees with them.
