I wanted to invite you to a very special program at the University of Scranton on Friday April 17 at 7:30 p.m. We believe this program will be great for everyone.
The Council for Community Affairs and the office of Multicultural Affairs at the University of Scranton is presenting a salute to 75 years of the Apollo Theater and 50 years of Motown Records. The show, which will be held in the DeNaples Center auditorium, will include performances by Shenay Brown, Motown's Pamela Johnson, the Grammy winning group the Winstons, Two Apollo Theater Amateur Night Champions, local band Dealer in Wares, and Rebbie Jackson, sister of pop superstars Michael and Janet Jackson. I wish be your host for the evening. For more information, please contact myself or Sherman Wooden, the director of Multicultural Affairs at the University of Scranton. His telephone number is 941-4160.
Stacy can you put up what the cost of this evening will be?
