Dibileo caught on tape harrassing school district employee

a freind of mine just called and said that gary and kevin murphy's sister maureen were just caught on tape threatening a woman about her doherty yard sign. 

apparently they felt this was a murphy sign location and harrassed the poor woman who i hear is mentally handicapped.  I guess she works for the school district and called her boss and the scranton police to complain. 

what gary didn't know is that his actions were caught on tape.  gary gary when will you learn.

I take no responsibility for this posting whatsoever.  You're on your own.  While I have the discretion to delete this post, I'm not going to.  Produce the tape and produce the mentally handicapped person.  You have 48 hours to do both.  I can be contacted through this site or at 341-8005. 

We're not going to have this nonsense happening here.  If you're going to put your ass on the line with this ridiculous sh!t, I'm going to leave it on the line.  If you cannot produce the tape and the handicapped woman, you have a serious libel issue here. 

After 48 hours have passed and you haven't produced the tape, or the name of the person who has it, I'm providing your IP address and your email address upon demand to the authorities, and/or DiBileo, and/or Murphy's sister, not necessarily in that order.

I believe it is illegal to record a phone conversation in PA, but I really doubt this ever happened.

In his post concerning this post Joe says that he is giving the poster 48 hours to produce the tape ... well as far as I can tell it has not even been 24 hours since that was posted and damn I can't find it on DD .... hmmmm ... where did it go Joe?

Isn't it funny ... it's quite ok for DiBileo and Kevin Murphy's sister to harass "mentally handicapped" woman ... and make her take her sign down ... and then what a day later DiBileo claims that Doherty's people are stealing his signs ... does anyone else see the irony in this ... take away Gary's shame for what he did to that woman who is from NS ... and in a prime sign location ... by claiming that Doherty supporters are stealing signs ... Nice ...

I wouldn't be surprised if Joe Pilchesky and the kids across the hall are doing this themselves ... how much you want to bet these signs make a miraculous reappearance right before the election ... and we will be able to tell ... if Gary does not purchase more signs after all he claims are being stolen ... well then I would say that this is staged to take away his own guilt an shame for what he did to that poor woman ...

I still want to know why Joe took that down with no hoopla as promised if the tape was not produced .... hmmmm ... makes me think that the tape was produced because God knows Joe would have pushed this issue!

Why do you automatically assume that the accusations of Doherty fathering a child in Harrisburg are BS, but you accept this accusation against Gary as truth?

I would also think that the Youtube videos and commentary on Ray Lyman speaking at council meetings are harrassment of the mentally handicapped.

Maybe we have more information that you think we have but are not at a liberty to completely reveal it.  Lus and the rest of the moderators have taken down posts in the past which could not be verified even if they were about people we don't particularly care for.....Missy Jan is a perfect example. We have taken down many posts about her. We have also removed posts about Joeyboy that we thought inappropriate. If I am not mistaken we have only banned two posters in the few years we have been in business. One was banned for posting and refusing to stop posting about the loons across the hall that were inappropriate.  The other was for creating multiply screen names. We don't do that either over here. One person, one screen name... period!

I didn't assume anything I know for a fact that it is true as I did talk with the woman that it happened to.
