Anti we all relazie that you hate this guy because ... That's right he is Irish ... and that's right he owns a bar in Minooka ... but you better have some proof of this particular statement .... Joe, is this Nate the son of Tommy Barrett who worked in Rosie's office?
If so thats Doherty country, he had a no show, leave at 2:00 job under Mayor Connors and Mayor Doherty for years, and then he retired with a disability pension and all the bennies. Please let us know soon so we can make the right decisions.

Telling you I'm going to plant an ax in your forehead, but only politically speaking, does not negate the fact that the promised activity on its face is still a threat. I wish they would be more careful with the accusations. I wish they would leave Dave Gnall alone, too. The place is becoming an "anti-crime" vigilante site that has broadened its scope into the activities of private citizens, which is a dangerous place to go.

With all due respect Glenn, you posed that sentence on the wrong message board.

That fifth compartment has been breached for quite a while now. After this primary, DD will fade away because (a) the Evans Team won and they will no longer have anybody to criticize or (b) the Evans Team failed to capture a majority and the board will serve no purpose while spinning its wheels.

I believe Janet Evans has a chance here for a majority. Not overwhelming, but better than I had anticipated.

I actually agree with you Glenn on the whole Team Evans winning thing...provided that she (Janet) can get young Mr Rogan to shut the hell up* about the whole "evil brown horde over-running Scranton from Mexico" thing. Even Scranton residents can tell not-so-subliminal racism when they hear it.

[*David...pass that one along to Janet from me...free tip...thanks not needed]

Personally I have a longer memory than most, so even if young Mr Rogan tones down the Know-Nothing Party talk this time around it will be in the back of my head as I vote for someone else.

As for DD fading, look for lots of suprise death-threats to Pilchesky to come down the pike long before that happens. Pilchesky has a flair for the dramatic...hell, I still have the "_________Deceit.com" domain names book-marked from when he was going to create DD clones for Mellow, DeNaples, AustinBurke, TheMedia, PeopleWhoFluoridateWater, Rendell, SlappyWhite, The ICN, The BofA, PeTA, etc.

The man is nothing if not predictable.

Millard Filmore...good one. The last reference I saw to the 13th President was on a Simpsons episode (back when the show was actually funny).

One more thought (and for some reason this didn't come to me yesterday)...as long as there is a Pilchesky ego, there will be a DD...even if it's just Joe posting on under 16+ different user names.

Any paper trail on that?  I'll check in the morning.  I only know the old man was on council a long time ago, so I'm told.  Weak Doherty entry.  All the Doherty entries are weak for school board, as usual.  Minicozzi knocks off hartman. 

Jeffers is in.

Joe Gatelli is having a hard time getting hard over this race since he went home with half his dick cut off last time around.  Not that Judy would have noticed.

Joe the old man was not on Council ... He was a School Director in the late 80's early 90's.  I do not believe he was ever on council as he holds a position in Rosanne Novembrino's office and has had that position for many years!
