Ya probably not.. but you should, in my opinion, but I digress... I was looking at years of service both as a teacher and in the school district. He is 30 for both she is 20 for overall and sixteen in the school district. She sure must get a lot for the ex-duty to make up for 14 less years of teaching in the district and ten overall.

I get what IHave is saying ... she may have 20 years overall ... but she has only been in the SSD for 16 years ... so that should not top her out as of yet in the SSD.

Oh and Glenn I do believe that she gets extra money over and above that salary for her Scholastic Bowl work ... so that's not a factor here. You don't think she is doing that out of kindness do you? The salary you see is her yearly without any extra money added in.

wow figure that salary out 181 days per year .... approximately 6 hours per day ... that is $376.24 per day ... or $62.70 per hour .... but she is not teaching 6 hours per day ... she's on that phone in the hallway how long each day ... and smoking in her car how long each day ... consider Prep periods ... so how many hours does she actually spend teaching???

First I would like to say Happy Holiday's to you and your family. I recieved a call this morning about remarks on your site that might be incorrect. After reading a couple things I wanted too give you more ammo to use as reason to continue the lies you allow posted of Janet.
Second, Lets clear the record on the S 5 Series Benz that Janet rarely drives. I purchased the car for her last year in full. It is 3 years old. She does not drive to school, I drive her.
Third, 500.00 is paid for schol/bowl. Six hrs. per week for approx/ 21 wks. That does not count her time going to each match and the length of each match.
Forth, My son was hired 4th out of 4 job openings. He does no extra jobs for the district. Two of my daughters refused jobs twice in the district. They have great jobs out of town.
Fifth, You would probably be surprized too know that Janet makes 12500.00 as a councilwoman before taxes and no pension. She gets paid twice a month from the city. Each check she recieves gets deposited and a ck is made out for 250.00 to our church and her fathers church. That's 500.00 per month. If you wish to check her taxes. It is not all deducted. I know you didn't post the bull but you host the site and I just hoped to set the record straight. Say hello to Janet unless of course she is out in the car she doesn't drive smoking or on the cell phone.

Hummmmmmm lets think about Missy Jan's background a bit...She gets herself a cushy job in the school district while seated as a board member of the school district. Her son also ends up with a job in the same district. Now we learn via Davey-boy that her daughters are targeted for jobs as well. Lets remember you have to apply and be tested sucessfully to be placed on the eligibility list, so if, as Davey-boy claims, they are being headhunted and they aren't interested ...how did that happen exactly?? Did they apply or not? If not, what is going on here? Missy Jan must have real political pull if her daughters are being offered jobs without even being on the eligibilty list. If in fact they are on the list, lets ask the dozens of people waiting on the elibilty list, what is the chance that 3 out of 3 children of one family of the average person in the community would be given jobs in the school district, in addition to one parent of the same family? Ya that could happen!!! not!! I suppose davey-boy would have a job too but I am not sure he works lol lol

On a more serious note, I wonder how janet languishes in her monies supposedly earned from the Scranton School District. From many of the students who have her as a teacher they say she spends an inordinate amount of time cellphoning while she should be teaching (good for them, bad for their parents). Dammit, I pay my taxes. I pay her salary. I want to know. How can she justify spending more time out of the classroom on personal business than in the classroom teaching our kids.

Election time is coming quickly and this politicing of hers (both for herself and others) will only increase as election day draws nearer.

I can understand most of the responses and see that a few of the posters can't read as well as I can spell. The hiring process in the district is as you know testing and interviews. Knowone is headhunted for a teaching job these days. Yes I work! My real job you would not want. It's dangerous and burdensome. I am curious though to what was stated about flyers for Bob Lesh. Wow, that email almost made sense, although he strings together about four different thoughts [1-Other poster perceptions, 2-District Hiring Process 3-His "real" job 4-Something about Bob Lesh] into a single paragraph, which I know wouldn't pass the English Composition test. I guess the wife really doesn't help him all that much in the written communication skills arena.
