I went out this morning and purchased a newspaper ... I thought that I would sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and the paper ... I was enjoying my morning and then I came to page 5 and see his kisser right in the middle of the page ...
It is a story concerning his Covington Township lawsuit ... does this guy have no life ... I hope that I never become so bored with my life that I find it necessary to torture others.
Seems like there are a few flaws with Pilchesky's lawsuit ... like serving the papers to Mr. Yerke himself ... according to the paper a third party should have served the papers ... I don't know the rules on this ... Glenn your a lawyer maybe you can help us out here.
Also the suit was filed on April 29th and Pilchesky is a resident taxpayer in Scranton ... he did not have a co-plaintiff until June 9th ... I would say that was somewhat of a problem ... I wonder how long he had to search to find this Van Fleet guy .... maybe he paid him to join the lawsuit.
Seems to me that Mr. Van Fleet can't be very bright as he is letting Mr. Pilchesky serve as legal council for this lawsuit ... I know that it is our right to represent ourselves in legal matters ... but does Pilchesky have the right to represent Mr. Van Fleet in this matter? Glenn????
Joe should be focusing on the legal problems of his loser wife ... he shouldn't be concerning himself with Covington Township ... don't you have enough lawsuits filed here in Scranton that need your attention??? Shouldn't you make your wife a priority as I am pretty sure that you talked her into ripping off her sick/dying father ... but that is only my opinion.
You Joe need to grow up ... I can understand taxpayers being disgruntled ... I really can ... but what I can't understand is someone crying about their taxes ... crying about wasted money ... and then wasting more tax dollars with frivolous lawsuits ... you need to get a life friend ...

I just read the article, and one glaring thought came to mind:
Joe Pilchesky is more interested in self-promotion and grandstanding than anything else. (I know, not much of a revelation there)
It's as if this were just another toy for him to play with.
Why else would he serve the papers himself? Hell, why even initiate the suit, as he doesn't live in Covington Township. If he truly were even mildly interested in what was going on in Covington Township, then why not simply act as an advisor to a township resident who might be interested in bringing action?

That was the point I was trying to make ... missed the mark though ... thank you Ag ...

Ag & Lus - as always, right on the money. JOey is probably upset that he was put on page 5 and not front page.
Some political activist, more like a media attention whore. Kurt Shotko (don't choke or laugh here) is more of a political activist than JOey and when you put it in that prespective - JOey isn't much of anything.
All JOey does is bash (insert name or union here) and use sexual inuendo (take note of many of JOey's gay references) to bring comfort to his inner bully.
If council would have learned to ignore him like everyone else he'd eventually self destruct and go away.
I like it when JOey posts stories from another supposedly political hack that the Govenor and other high ranking state oficials areunder investigation by a grand jury - especially when no such panel existed.
I like it when Joey promises his bottom feeders the world (i.e., all these ____deceit websites, subponeas, podcasts, indictmemts, etc.) and delivers nothing, and yet the bottom feeders think he's their next messiah.
Since JOey can't get to the mayor, he's desperate for attention so he goes after anyone esle to fill the void in his sick world.
More and more it looks as though the wheels are coming offJOey LAnD.
Question for the bottom feeders who visit here - how could JOey have been building a ramp for his father in-law, when the father in-law was clear across the statein a nursing home and not doing very well?

They have to worship Joey Preacher, because without Joey and his false promises ... they would have absolutely nothing ... they pretty much have proven that they have no life ... and well they live through his adventures (in the courtroom ... politically and legally speaking of course) because not one of them has it in them to stand on their own two feet and take up a cause of any kind!

"Question for the bottom feeders who visit here - how could JOey have been building a ramp for his father in-law, when the father in-law was clear across the statein a nursing home and not doing very well?" That's an interesting question that we've raised before...in fact I think it was Paul that first "connected the dots" if you will. There are some who believe that it wasn't a ramp at all, but rather a little under-the-table repair business that Pilchesky was running that is/was at the heart of the matter.
Anyway, this sounds like the second time the late Mr Conrad was used...first by Edith for this estate money (why did you sign checks under two different last names...Ricci and Pilchesky...Edith????), second by Joe as a foil to begin his self-glorification crusade. Oh, and please dear DD readers, don't think for a minutes that Pilchesky cares about good government...if he did, he would have been the first to question the circumstances surrounding the hiring of Janet Evans to a full-time teaching position.

And he would have actually voted at some point. :))
