I am sure that, if pressed, PeeWee would claim that Coney Island didn't pay its 15% kick-back to the Mayor.

Personally I am waiting for the "Mayor Doherty sacrifices babies to Satan" posting from PeeWee or Milo. It's coming...any day now.
