What kind of parents does he have that allow to speak to adults in that manner? Also, why didn't queen judy call him out of order for addressing the audience?? I know it's in the 'Important Posts' section, but I think it deserves a more prominent posting. Why? Because it, as much as any other DD posting, shows just what kind of sub-humanoids we are dealing with "on the other side". Kudos to those in that particular DD thread that dissent from what 'Wizzy' wrote, but the fact remains that Joe Pilchesky allows a post that encourages violence against a minor to stand in HIS FORUM. Anyway, the post by 'Wizzy' really pi$$es me off, royally. I know, some will make the argument that "Well he's playing with the adults, so he should have to take it like an adult", to which I respond BULL$HIT!! That logic is horribly flawed because: a) He's not an adult (there is a reason why we draw that distinction in the first place) b) He's clearly identified as a member of JUNIOR COUNCIL c) In reality no one should have to "take it" at Council meetings...we are talking about a public governmental body meeting, not an episode of WWE Raw or the Jerry Springer Show. d) Allowing threats like this only encourages even worse behavior; what's next, mocking a troop of Brownies observing a Council meeting? Perhaps threatening a bunch of Cub Scouts? In the end I believe that there have to be baseline standards for moral conduct, else we become as a society no better than the worst of the third-world, junta-run $hit-hole countries in the world today. There has to be a line where no one is allowed to cross in order for us to claim the moral high-ground we (including the likes of Pilchesky) ascribe to. What better a place for this line than in how we treat those among us who are not adults? So to 'Wizzy' I say this: You sir are a piece of sub-human $hit. Pray to whatever Deity you worship that the next teenager you decide needs a "slapping" isn't related to me or mine. While Mr Miller and his family make take this kind of crap in stride, I (and many like me) do not. That's not a threat by the way...it's a statement of fact. To Joe Pilchesky I say this: Prove that you have at least an ounce of decency in you and remove the post. Threating or promoting violence against anyone is wrong...against someone under the age of 18 is reprehensible. __________________ Free Speech does't require a multi-paragrah disclaimer Mr. Pilchesky.

Ag I agree with everything you have just said 100% ... thank you. Wizzy (Ozzie isn't it) you should be ahsamed ... I'm not going to say much more as Ag has stated it perfectly. __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
