I agree with everything he says in this post. Yet, the law and the constitution (sort of) say something completely different. This post by Joe is proof of why he can not be considered a "source of news." Joe is simply a guy with an opinion. His followers forget that. Imagine Joe trying to differentiate between news coverage and the editorial page. He can't do it.

Gun incident at Old Country Buffet leaves lots of questions

A few days ago, several people walked into the Old Country Buffet in Dickson City openly carrying weapons,various kinds of pistolsin particular. From what I can gather, there was actually a group of them celebrating their right to openly carry firearms. Police were called and the incident led to some of those people being removed from the establishment, and having their guns removed, because they didn't have their permits with them. They later returned to the restaurant.

My only question, aside from the fact that the law provides that a person with a permit may carry a gun in the open, at least from what I understand of the gun laws, is why would anyone want to walk into a family restaurant on Mother's Day with a gun exposed? Allowed or not, my view of that is that it's poor judgment. Are the kids in the place not supposed to be intimidated by the sight of a group of men carrying guns openly? It's a guy thing, apparently, that lends itself to how some men think when their identities are suffering from some other form of abandonement. No toys as kids? I don't know, but grouping together with guns showing, and entering a family restaurant is way beyond acceptable conduct for any normal man, and I stress the word normal.

I'm all for the right to bear arms, but for the immature men out there who don't know any better, I can guarantee you that you can certainly have breakfast in this country without feeling threatened by people eating bacon and eggs.

In the wind:last Thurdsay, on the 24th of April,did the City of Scranton's tree cutting crew appear at 1207 Moltke Ave. andmake quick work of two trees in the front yard? Three trucks and 9 workers total. My source says yes. I visited 1207 Moltke Ave. and found what appears to be two fresh tree stumps in the front yard with a white SSA pickup truck parkedacross the street.1207 Moltke Ave. happens to be where School Director Todd Hartman lives, and he does, in fact, workfor the SSA. I didn't witness the tree cutting, or when it occurred, or who did it, but my source adamantly stands by his claim that the trees were taken down last Thursday and that the city did the work. I put a call into Director Brazil's Office, but no return call yet.

The first picture shows two stumps divided by some greenery, but were they done by a private contractor or is this a repeat of Hollowgate?

Rose Novembrino has come through again. Recently I requested that she investigate the tree cutting at School Director Todd Hartman's home by the DPW, as well as why the DPW was removing Xmas lights for the Chamber of Commerce building. Here is her answer to my requests, which includes a pic of Hartman's home illustrating the location of a telephone pole in his yard that apparently establishes where the right-of-way is. Unfortunately, the colorful picture did not scan well, so you don't see much. Perhaps my wife can get it scanned in better when she returns.The picture at leastshows that Brazil took the time to look into it and provide a response.

A big thanks to Rose and her investigative powers.

So basically nothing was done wrong, however Mr Hartman and his family were subjected to this entire debacle for what? Because Joey the big pussy doesn't have the balls to just confront anyone directly, he needs to hurl internet 'bombs" (figuratively speaking) from a distance. How about for a change you get the facts about a issue before you hurl!!...Joey you are an idiot!

Remember?? (I found the post have posted it) You even said to be fair you would put up your own house as well. So what is this all about?? Not listing your phone number or address in the phone book does not insulate anyone from having their address published anywhere. Furthermore, I'm working on a page on the main site that will list the addresses of as many public officials and cronys as possible along with a picture of their home and the vehicles they drive to show the good taxpayers how well they're living off them. Wait'll you see how many live up on the 1600 and 1700 of N.Washington. In all fairness, I'll posta picture of my own house.

Agreed, but there is no way for me to instantly know who is a minor and who is not. Many names are posted here. Besides, no specific person has been attached to the arrest, so that's where it lies. I happen to know the first name, but I don't know if she is a minor or not. If she is not, you'll be the first to know. Bell ringing fails the legal system under controlled circumstances, but not here. We unring the bell all the time. Corrections to statements made here happen all the time, to the harm of no one, i.e., someone once posted that I was a really good guy. Nothing is further from the truth. I'm really a bad guy doing a good thing because it involves exposing other bad guys who abuse the public trust. Somehow, in my mind, that makes sense. It's an "It takes a thief" applicationof justice.




Someone name an example where someone at DD was slandered and "the bell was un-rung". Glenn, has that happened yet to Attorney Joe T.? Perhaps Warden Donato?

As for Joe being a "bad guy doing good", I'm 1000% convinced that what Pilchesky does has more to do with self-gratification than any sense of enhancing the pulbic trust. There's a word that describes doing something solely for self-gratification: Masterbation.

Bottom Line: Pilchesky has been owned by DD poster IWasJustThinking.

Mathematically speaking, they got a 2% raise in pay, but must work 5 hours more. Apparently, they are salary, so there is no compensation for the additional 5 hours, as is the case with an salary person who works longer hours than scheduled.

I know for a fact that they are being compensated for the extra hours worked ... I have it from a very reliable source ... because she works at city hall and is a DD poster and does not want Joey to know that she talks to me ... I have to respect that!

The truly telling part is that by most prudent-person measures, he seems to suck at most things he does, with the possible exception of the carpentry business (which I will give him the benefit of the doubt about). It just proves once again that no matter how unqualified or bizzare the messenger, there is always someone around stupid enough to believe the message. Afterall, Germany in the 1930's elected a failed art student Chancellor, so by that standard, Pilchesky could have his eye on Pope one day.

(*) In case you never saw this, the fish thing actually comes from a "I love Joe" thread a few months ago, where someone claimed...I think it was Edith...that Joe once bought a whole bunch of small fish and then set them free into the river. Honest...you can't make crap like this up.

I remember the one about the small kid who apparently referred to joe as a 'neat guy' (or something of the sort) and sent joe some cash - probably a fistful of change from his lemonade stand. Awww, joe's just a helluva guy. Joanne should feel honored that fistful of change will be earmarked for the quality of legal experience she'll be receiving if her old man represents her in Erie.

That's so nice of you Girl ... and I thank you ... however I stay on the right side of the law ... I do not file frivilous lawsuits ... so therefore I don't see myself needing to save pennies in order to pay for my legal defense.

However ... if that process server ever does show up (waiting well over a year now) to serve me the papers for the 3 promised Pilchesky v. LusOnlyVoice lawsuit I may have a change of heart (pun intended) ... LOL
