Copy of a "pure pilcheski" post from across the hall Gatelli answers Interrogatories Today, the lawyers for Judy Gatelli filed answers tothe interrogatories that I had served upon them about one month ago. The answers speak for themselves, but leave a lot to be desired. Much more litigation is going to be needed here, which appears to be the general idea. Absolutely dispicable. To her credit, Mrs. Gatelli answered some of the most offensive questions straight out, yes or no. I imagine some of the wierdos across the hall expected detailed essays about lesbianism and infidelity to read. Some of the idiots went on to profess that they thought interrogatories were "fishing expeditions". No, you idiots, grand juries are fishing expeditons, interrogatories are questions you present that are somehow supposed to relate to the FACTS of a case. I can't wait till Joey actually has to explain what angle he was coming from when it goes to trial. Actually, I'll settle for no trial if it means the ole' Victorian on Sunset Street goes on the auction block to pay the damages. __________________

It's clear that... ...Pilchesky asked his stupid-a$$ed questions soley to embarrass Judy Gatelli AND ...Judy's lawyer basically said in response "these are stupid a$$ed questions not related to anything relevant in this case" The fun part comes when Pilchesky has to explain in court why this is NOT anything more than a publicity stunt. Real smooth there Joe, real smooth. I tried to read the document ... but for some reason ... I keep getting an error message telling me that the file is damaged ... so I have not been able to read it ... but from what you all are saying I guess that I am not missing anything ... so I have not wasted my time! __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
