And, the fire department can take some blame, as well. They're playing soft with Doherty. Have been. Tooooooooo f*ucking soft. Too much walking on eggshells. What did it net them? They now have a dead fireman for the want of relatively cheap equipment (sticks) that they could have purchased themselves and billed the city, embarrassing the mayor if he didn't pay up. I thought the department was comprised on men. Why do they have the guts and courage to fight these fires and they don't have the balls to handle this disgusting puke of a many and mayor properly. Nothing personal, but why does it take a dead fireman to make a spine grow?

Dear Fireman, those things hanging between your legs are NOT on-call to be used only when a fire breaks out. Use them when you're getting bitch-slapped, insulted and disrespectedby this mayor, as he has been for six years now. He's making a career out of humiliating all of you.
