21 comment in regard to the new rules. I'm all

22 for rules, but in light of the fact that the

23 current council president, Mrs. Gatelli,

24 Mrs. Fanucci, and the council solicitor will

25 be subpoenaed for not only a local trial,

2 hope that when I seek recourse from Mrs.

3 Evans and Mr. McGoff -- excuse me,

4 Mr. Courtright, that that attempt isn't

5 stifled because if it is will be construed

6 as an attempt to not only stifle my freedom

7 of speech, but my rights as an Afro-American

8 and my rights as a disabled American, so

9 when I come here anything that I have to say

10 will be directed either directly to Miss

11 Evans or directly to Mr. Courtright and, as

12 I said before, if I'm planning along the

13 rules and anything is done to squash that,

14 the lawsuits will be filed.
