RE: Denaples News and Indictment

When the allegedCasey highway was being planned the land listed as potential landfill posed a financial problem for Penn dot. As per the alleged eminent domain compensation. The plan allegedly skirted the potential land fill land and had to be planned to go out of the way around this land. This caused a set back in cost and schedule. The alleged land taken was allegedly designated as unsuitable for land fill and an eminent domain compensation of a few million was paid. Well an alleged senator maybe the same one who allegedly changed the law on the south-side complex, may have been dispatched to Harrisburg to change the designation of this land to suitable for landfill. Acertain party challenge the eminent domain award on the basis of the result of the alleged change to this lands potential use. The award not only compensated for the land but the entire loss of income for land that originally had no income potential. In the news PENDOT claimed the amount awarded was equivalent to a whole years budget for road work for NE Pa and would set them back a year. The alleged amount was close to the debt of the city of Scranton. That could buy a lot of fire trucks and chapels. If I had the piles of money rumored that this fictitious person I write about had, I would have donated this supposedly useless land to the benefit of the residents of the county, instead of crippling the direly needed road improvement of the county, for my own alleged selfish gain.ALL STATEMENTS AND CHARACTERSDEPICTERD ARE PURLY FICTICIOSANY SIMILARITY TO ANY PERSON LIVING OR DEAD IS PURLY COINCIDENTAL

Ok, besides the fact that this idiot wakes up at 5 am and posts his two-cents on EVERY PD subject at hand, he needs to get his story straight.

A board of view determined the value of the land that was taken by PennDot, and yes, it's true that the value they attached was nearly equal to PennDot's road maintenance budget for that year, but Mr. Denaples, out of the kindness of his heart, settled for much less.

Speaking of kindness, this idiot sarge goes on to say that if he had the money, he would have donated it to the citizens. Well, sarge, you don't have the money, and didn't your mother teach you to count your blessings... no matter how small?

Anyone else envision that Sarge looks like this?

5150 it's easy to say "If it were my land and I sold it ... I would have donated the money." But I would put money on it that the goons across the hall would not have done that ... they would have gone skipping off to the bank ... singing all the way ...

I would like to say this that over the years Mr. DeNaples has donated and continues to donate quite a bit of money ... I don't know exactly how much ... but one can clearly see his donations as we drive by Scranton Prep. I am sure the work done there was not cheap.

He also has been very generous to the borough of Dunmore and to individuals ... so I guess he has given back to his community. Maybe Sarge is jealous that he did not benefit from some of this money.

Now I'm not saying that he was right to lie ... he shouldn't have perjured himself ... but lets not forget the good work that he has done with his money ... it's funny how those who have nothing always attack those who worked hard to get what they have.

And who knows really if he is or isn't connected to the mob ... I sure don't ... I would think if he were ... there would be a lot less goons across the hall and they would be minus their fearless leader ... but that just one person's opinion.

Another thought ... just because someone knows someone with Mob connections ... does that make them a member of the Mafia ... because if it did ... how many people would be considered Mafia? Just a thought!

The whole DeNaples thing is tailor made for Pilchesky and his scandal mongers.

Funny, but if Edith Pilchesky is innocent until proven guilty of estate bilking, then shouldn't Mr DeNaples be afforded the same courtesy? Nahh, that would be far too logical and reaonable for the DD troops. Besides, they are too busy pretending to be junior grade Mario Puzo's.

I know Mr DeNaples is no saint, but saintliness is seldom a trait of successful business people anywhere. Let this work its way through the court system...I have faith in the system...after all, Sammy Patilla had to cop a plea, so something must be working (damn, I just love pointing that out...).

Ha! Ha! Patilla copped a plea! I guess I won't be driving down Sam Patilla Avenue any time soon!
