We can 'carefully' opine as to their involvement and/or guilt, but we cannot factually state things that we do not know are true, as much as some people would like them to be true for whatever reasons. If you post something factual in nature that is not known by you to be true, you may be called upon to prove the truth of it by the party object of your posting. Many postings can be opinion based, but appear to be factually based if not presented carefully, so make sure your understanding the difference before you hit the 'submit' button. If you made an error in that regard and you want it corrected after reconsidering what you wrote, put up a postcorrecting what you wrote earlier.I shall edit any post that I feel is compromising, since I have the discretion to do so, but I may not be here to edit all the time. Proceed carefully. I caution all of you that you may be intentionally 'fed' information that may not be accurate. Think before you hit the 'submit' button. Thank you, Joe Pilchesky, Administrator.


Thoughts as to why the warning? Afterall, there was no such warning when, for example, it was posted as a FACT that Judy Gatelli was conspiring with Warden Donate to keep someone in jail, or countless other pieces of written diahrea.

My two cents...Doherty may not fight back, but DeNaples does. I'm not talking about "blackhand society" bull$hit here either. No, Pilchesky may think he can put up a good fight in court against some hapless politician, but I'm quite sure that DeNaples has professionals defending his interests in court.

Regardless, it's nice to see Pilchesky sweat one out. Lubricate that delete key Joe...you will need it.

JOey must be worried about some backlash from DeNaples. And Ag you're spot on about JOey never warning posters or editing their posts (except the one's he favors) in any of JOey LAnD's "factual" postings.

Hey, for any mere mortal man, being worried about a backlash from Mr DeNaples would be a reasonable thing, but let's remember that Pilchesky has been annointed with nearly super-human powers...

How will they be called upon to prove anything? Didn't Joe swear that under no circumstances he would give up a poster's IP address? I see, Joe will only give up the IP addresses of people who post things about people that will knee-cap Joe and company. Way to be a man of standards and integrity Fredo.
