Name the department heads or other administrative hires you'd like me to obtain applications or resumes for. I believe the authorities have some people with some history as well, not that it's the end of the world. I think we should focus more on people of responsibility with an obligation to function under some color of trust, as Connors would have.
I always wondered if Lisa Moran lied on her application since Doherty lied about her education. Then there's Wallace, of course, hired as Zoning God with no qualifications. Seittzinger and Dougher had no qualifications. Ryan McGowan has none to be a Treasurer.
Tack them on, I'll do the RTK Monday morning.
I do however believe that there are certain things that he is not entitle to have and I would think that job applications of employees and applicants are among the the things that you are not entitled to ... As they do have information on them that is of a confidential nature ... you know SS #, address, phone number ... check it out Joe ... you are not entitled to that information.

I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
On one level, Pilchesky and his "right to know" crusade is kind of funny...it's soooo like a little kid who got a new toy for Christmas that he now plays with constantly. Just like a little kid, he'll grow tired of this, once he discovers that no one still takes him seriously.
On another level, this is kind of sad actually in the sense that so much public time is being taken on reading and responding to his requests. Personally I think most of this basic stuff should be on the internet and available to anyone (just as it currently is for teacher salaries) anyway. Let Pilchesky do his own dirty work, which would deprive him of the grandstanding that he so loves and get public servants out of the business of being his personal secretaries.
Finally, as Pilchesky knows well, it's a two way street (Edith, cough, court, cough).
