Wonder if it'll be worth it for some of the Brothers and I to take Monday, January 7th off from work and attend the city council meeting in person?
JOey made a promise (I pray he keeps it and doesn't disappoint me) about addressing council & laying the verbal smack down on all of them (except QUeeN JaNuT), the mayor, his cabinet, and anyone else he can squeeze in with his allotted time. And God forbid if anyone tries togavel or stop him because he'll have all the paperwork with him to run down the street to the Federal Courthouse.
Has anyone seen or heard what the Vegas odds are on JOey actually showing up and addressing the Scranton City Council on Monday, January 7th?

He threatens to speak every year. Every year he says nothing. Not sure if he ever attends meetings, although Edith does. I'll believe it when it happens, which so far, has been never.
