This is information I recieved this afternoon regarding the administration's contract offer to the Police union's members. I'm not entirely sure what all this language means, but this is how it was passed on to me.

* 3 - 5% raise in pay
* medical co-pay increaseto $150.00 per month
* eliminate 7 SIT clerks
*give upmanagement rights
*give upminimum manning
*give up healthcare containment committee
* bonus to each member

A couple of hours later after both Nelson & Hardcore claim it's bullsh*t. Gee JOey did your inside source feed you a load of crap. Who's the DOlt now??

The information posted is what was passed on to me from a City Hall source. I've received numerous calls that the information is not accurate, or even close to it. To clear this up and to be the most accurate, I contacted the president of the union, Anne Marie Stulgis, and asked her if that fairly represents what was offered. Her response was that "none of the information is accurate." She wasn't at liberty to explain anything further, but she was adamant that the information is not correct.

I'm suprised the thread is still alive. Anyone else with half a brain would have pulled it, and even we would have understood. But to leave it up there to show he has "contacts" and talks to Stulgis is nothing more than Joe making yet another pathetic cry for attention. Yeah, yeah, you have "sources." SFW?? Any of them prove to be accurate lately, dickhead?
