I'm now wondering if this is really from Maria, or is it JOey? After what JOey has admitted to, makes you wonder.

Also if I was GIO, I wouldn't get too worked up with the 20,000 views of that post. I believe it may have been JOey doing something to get additional attention for his EGO.

To address the intent of your email:

1. Your request to remove anything is denied.

2. Regarding any posts that were "altered"; I refer you to YOUR OWN PMs where you, as campaign manager, agreed that your brother's initial post was so grammatically horrific that it needed substantial "editing", not "altering". It was edited for spelling, punctuation and appropriate use of modifying adjectives and adverbs, etc. You didn't complain about it while it was up for 14 hours, and you thought everything was fine. I PMed you immediately and advised you of the need for such extensive editing because, quite frankly, your brother cannot spell, punctuate or construct a sentence. In hindsight, I should have left it up there as he posted it for all the people to see. It may have been more damaging than what happened subsequently.

3. Regarding any postings I made under your brother's name. There are three, a response to Glenn Cashuric, City Haul and Fletch. I was the poster, not your brother, and it was pursuant to his agreement to do so after he was told that he was not smart enough, politically savvy enough or mature enough to do it himself. Cashuric's post intimidated him. He could have said no, but he didn't. Here you are contacting me on behalf of whom? Your brother. Can't speak for himself, again. Again, I refer you to the PMs, which I posted, where you understood that I was going to post on his behalf and your response was; "Welcome, glad to have you on board." I can post those PMs again if you like.

4. Any issue regarding any postings under your brother's name are for your brother to address, not you. You don't have standing to take any kind of action, criminal or civil.

5. I remove posts that I deem a "physical threat" or a "threat to a person's property". No physical threat or property threat exists on this board anywhere relating to you or your brother. Your citation in "red" is conveniently missing the rest of the words. As for the implication of the word "Hell", be advised that this is a political message board. I've said that about a dozens of politicians in this area. Ask Chris Doherty what Hell means from me. He'll tell you. I'll reiterate. I can do Hell, and your brother will see what I mean when he reads what I will distribute in literature form about certain candidates. How about the threat your brother made to choke me with a big sausage? I got PMs from 5 women and 9 men who want to know how big it is.

6. As the Administrator, I have the discretion to take posts down upon request. I do it all the time, but I'm not doing it for you.

7. As for repeated " harassment", you better read the First Amendment relating to free speech, particularly free political speech. More particularly, provoked free political speech. I think I have a solid libel suit against you, personally, and against your brother, personally. I never did get your address.

8. No need to report anything to the administrators. I'm them.

9. An apology, instead of a legal threat, would have been appropriate for what you and your brother put many of the posters through for 72 hours. Collectively, you two have brought great shame to your family name. I'd want those posts down, too. Sue me if you like. Ask your lawyer what a countersuit is while you're at it.

Hmmm. The Evans' must be involved in all of this. Blonde Ambition, a fitting name I might add, piped up last night with a similar statement. Perfectly written I might add, in terms of diction and structure, and now Dave comes hither with this post.

The first sentence of Dave's post says it all.

To think the Evans' put any stock in Pilchesky and his board, and the few, very few, blindless followers he has, tells me that they are desperate.

I took a second, third, thousanth look at Pilchesky's ghost writing tonight. In one of the responses he authored on behalf of Mr. Piccolino, he wrote:

"As a councilman, I'd use my authority to personally review the books and find out exactly what is and what is not collected. That would be a priority for me. I think that as a councilman, I'd have access to all books and accounts. Once I'm in office, I'd want to get a complete accounting of where all the money is, where the money has gone over the last five years and how it has been spent, invested or moved around. It's troubling that so much about city finances is a mystery. I don't think I'd be popular with this administration, but if elected, I'm going after the spending record. Where has all these tens and tens of millions of dollars gone? It might take me all four years to find out, but that's where the answers are and that's what I intend to do"

Ummm....Dear Joey, you're very own, smart, educated, concerned, For the People, hands-tied-behind-her back 'cause she's in the minority, resident, sitting councilwoman, Goldylocks allready done been did it.

She just left the boxes in the closet when she finished.

I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet.  Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.
