Below is Dan aka on DD as Big Daddy. He says he types under his name, that's true but when he doesn't want to reveal hos name he uses the name "big Daddy" who has been quiet since his idenity was exposed. They also say SAMMY is running away and is quiet, that's because he is too bust typing under cyberlion, that's when he isn't delievering papers and cutting shrubs (which he never denied, by the way) He is being charged with Harrasment, for pushing the police officer to stop him from going after his friend Cyberlion. AAHHHH They all must fall sooner or later.

Wasn't Patilla charged with interupting a meeting? Wasn't Hubbard charged with harassment? It looks to me that finished them both off as far as posting here. You don't hear from either of them very much. Sam occasionally, but Hubbard packed it in. That didn't take much. Just because I'm not posting does not mean that I am reading this board. I also have never been a big poster and I do post under my real name, so what does that say? Some of us have other issues than the net to deal with, some of those issues are far more important to the residents of my neighborhood and the residents of this city. How did I pack it in? I think I might have posted a half dozen times, I have never backed down from the podium or what I feel is important, I went right back the following week and every week after that, right up until they decided to take their 6 week paid vacation on our dime. I will be there every week from the 11th to whenever change has been affected in this city. Sometimes the best people do rise from the worst situations and when the city let Lower Greenridge flood twice and never offered one small bit of help, well there you have it, I'm here and I'm not going anywhere. Yes I have been charged with harassment and that will be dealt with in a court of law, but that in no way has detered me from doing what is right for this city and the residents that live here. The problem is that alot of you spend alot of your time bitching about what we are doing and not doing but yet not very many of you have the set top stand up and say something about whats wrong. I appreciate this site and the free flow of info. and the protection that Joe affords the posters, but its time to come out from behind your names and step to the mic and voice your opinions and affect change, do it at the podium or do it thru letters to our elected officals but do it. Most important do it from the voting booth, vote your wallets, vote your conscience, but get off your collective asses and vote.

Actually I have to respect Dan for standing up for himself with the goon squad ... I don't always agree with him ... but he is right ... they, the majority of posters over across the hall probably aren't even registered to vote! When was it that Curley Joe Pilchesky registered ... it wasn't all that long ago was it ... I think we have a thread about that somewhere here ... I'll have to make the time and look it up! __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... Joe Pilchesky is not a lawyer ... he's just a guy playing a lawyer on the internet. Please don't trust your legal needs to this man.

Hubbard is a forty year old man who still lives with his Mother. We have a nickname for him it is Flooder because thats all he talks about.If you buy a house by the river or live in a house by the river expect to flood. Lets have a concert or some kind of fund raiser so we can buy him a flood siren so at the meetings he will SHUT UP ALREADY. __________________ Operation chaos is becoming a success!

You can disagree with me if you want ... that's ok ... I give Dan the respect that in my opinion he deserves for standing up to the goons ... Now as to where he lives ... does he live with his mother ... or do they live near each other ... that I don't know ... I will never put a man or woman down for living with/taking care of their elderly parents. I don't see that as a flaw. I do however wish that we could come up with a way to get that siren ... I'm sick of hearing about it ... and if I were the Hubbards ... going through flooding would be enough to make me move ... I couldn't be that attached to a neighborhood ... but that is just me ... and I don't and never did live in a flood plain! __________________ I want everyone to stop and think about one thing ... I think Dan is moving beyond just the flooding thing, as he's now branched off into the Daron Northeast issue. I have mixed feelings about the guy. I agree they should give him his siren and be done with it. As I've said before, that's a reasonable accomodation. But the guy is no engineer, so claiming that levies are needed and such is just way out of his league. As was said in this thread, if you are dumb enough to live in a flood plain, then eegads, you will be flooded every once in a while. In America we have the ultimate solution for this problem: It's called exercising your right to move. As for his living with his mom, who cares? He could be living with his mom, four cats, a rabbit named Edith and a rat named Pilchesky for all I care. None of that has anything to do with his public conduct. What's more, his mother is very respectful when she speaks to council. I don't agree with everything she says, but she manages to make her points without foaming at the mouth, so give her credit for that. __________________ Free Speech does't require a multi-paragrah disclaimer Mr. Pilchesky.
