It's really sad when some can make the O'Bum, Wash-out and Doh connection but they opt for the blinders when it comes to Cop-out.

He has more excuses that my better half has hair products. Just the fact that he has used that tired arse line, I'll vote for this as "NOT" to hold it up and seeing as it's "ONLY" the 1st , 2nd or 3rd order but I do have reservations and "WE" need to get or Kay can you send such and such a letter asking him or her to come in here and explain this or that.

If you have "RESERVATIONS" about anything you put it on "HOLD" until; you questions have been answered or your "RESERVATIONS" have been eased.

He has sided with the DOH 3 on some very "MAJOR" Tax Payer "BURNING" Issues and I just don't have any money to waste on a Personality contest. Scranton Politics isn't about (or it shouldn't be) a popularity contest but a CONTEST to keep her Tax Payers and Citizens safe and secure in not only their "HOMES" but of and within the City itself.

I was torn between having the Tax Payers to footing the bill for a few "FEDERAL" Lawsuit, that will be filed on "MY" behalf thus placing additional burdens upon their backs but that Commitment to "FREE SPEECH and an "OPEN & HONEST" Government is gaining some serious ground on what I deem worse than "APATHY" and that being voting for the "LESSER of EVILS" - ta heeeellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll with that trash.

If a Man or Woman in Scranton Politics is causing the Tax Payers more harm than "GOOD", then HE or SHE has to "GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"

Doh stinks, his hand picked council stinks, his dept. heads with their unqualified arses really stink and anyone associated with that ban of Self-Proclaimed Elitist and closet "RACIST" really stink [the DOh 3 are for DOH and themselves, Cop-Out votes along the lines of the DOH 3, therefore "HE'S" worse than they because HONEST PEOPLE actually put their "FAITH in HIM" to do right by and for them.

I've been waiting for about 4 months and some change for your precious Cop-Out to provide me with answers to questions (not that I really needed him [because I don't deal with the hired "HELP" when it comes to "MY" Business], but someone else told me that "HE" would "NEVER" provide me with that info if it was sitting right in front of him and they were "CORRECT").

Cop-Out's voting record speaks for itself - He has voted in the Affirmative to at least 85% of the crap doh has placed on the agenda and of that 85%, 100% of it has resulted in something being stuck too & up the Tax Payers/Residents of Scranton rear-ends [raw dogg style].

This crap has to "STOP" YOU people aren't protected from those CORRUPT & CROOKED scum buckets [Just use the staff over at the dump they call a County Jail, the "HIRED" Help was hammered, yet the clown at the head was given a raise]

( hey Worthless Warden don't fall for the bully squat, they "CAN'T PROTECT" YOU!. You screwed up and you will "PAY" once it's your turn to step in front of an "HONEST JUDGE".

The ground work is and has been laid to send the complaints and concerns of the Tax Payers to an "HONEST, JUST and FAIR" Judicial Arena [and it won't be in Scranton or Lackawanna County].

Ya I too find it hilarious that he delivers papers and he bashes his own employer daily. Idiot is an understatement. He also has a "bad back" and collects, also according to the county website he doesn't own property. So his credibility is in the toilet. I have it from a good source (Sam) that he was the only US Marine specially commissioned to assist the Air Force in guarding missile silos.

Sammy could have got off with a fine and no record or suspended sentence and been on his way I hope they throw the book at this crack pot and send a message to the rest of them get out of order and get arrested.These people must be put in their place.I wonder if joe is going to give him the money for a lawyer because he pushed sam to fight this. I think that they could have dealt with him has he been simply out of order ... but he was totally out of controll during that meeting. The things he was saying thad threatening overtones ... that's why he was charged.

And for them to blame Charlie Newcomb ... well ... that is crazy what he did was call the guy an idiot ... and told him to sit down ... from what I recall ... and then all hell broke loose ... Sammy caused his own problems ... when you say the rules of engagement apply ... well ... how other than a threat is someone to take that statement?

Looks like Joey's& Sammy's "real plan" is working to a "T."

The real plan is to have Sammy sent to prison all along, because...

1) Every group needs their sacrificial martyr who's been unjustly convicted and sent to the big house by the man (Sounds more plausible as a cause against the man than not getting a permit for a handicap ramp).
Once inside the prison system Sammy wil...
2) Obtain first hand inside scoop as to what really is going on in the prison
3) Be on the recycling center work release program - again more inside scoop
All this information smells like lawsuit heaven -- cha ching!!!!!
4) Have NotADumbBlode ghost write his prison letters, a la Martin Luther King's Letter from a Birmingham Jail (this statement does not imply that Dr. King had a ghost writer or to demean the immense impact this piece had on America, even today).

Doomers,

Sam Patilla is a dangerous idiot. Dangerous in the sense that he's looking for a cause, something that will elevate his existance over and above being a mere paperboy on disability. In Newark he was just one out of hundreds of thousands; in NEPA, he's found a cabal that will egg him on, mainly because they like the direction he throws mud, and besides (and this will sound harsh, but I'm going to say it anyway) with Sammy-boy they can always play the race card if things get too dicey.

I worry that if by some miracle he isn't found guilty, he will feel empowered to step things up at the podium; at that point I guarantee that there will real trouble. We are not dealing with a stable human being.

I couldn't agree more. If you get twelve people in a court room and play that tape of his rants, There is NO WAY any person with a mere brain cell in there head, will AGREE WITH HIM. He is crazy, period. He has no credibility in my book. He is a "crazy" bum.
He is a paperboy for a paper he brutilizes in his rants.
He collects disability for a bad back and does Landscaping work.
He states weekly "homeowner" according to the county website he DOES NOT own property.
He LOOKS up to an as*h o l e named Joey.

Do I need to say more about this clown.
