After Patilla walks away from the podium you can hear the discussion about wether or not to adjourn the meeting. Evans then suggests a recess instead, which is seconded and voted on. The meeting is then recessed. How can Pilchesky claim that Gatelli lied on the stand? It's very clear in the video she was pushing for adjourment when he wouldn't leave the stand. Perhaps the semantics of wether or not it was a recess or ajournment is his point, but it's clear that he disturbed the meeting and was the sole person responsable for the interuption. She may have used the word "adjourned" on the stand and meant "recess," but are we supposed to believe Joe that she lied to an entire courtroom after they played the same tape you can watch on You Tube over and over again? Wow, talk about spin. He accuses the media of spinning articles - he could teach a course on it. __________________ Make Jack pack!

Pilchesky's fatal flaw is that he believes in his own bull$hit, which happens all the time when some kook gets a bunch of toadies to worship him. There is no one in his little life to say "Hey, what you're doing is stupid"...instead, he has Joanne the enabler, who dutifully stands by his side, camera in hand, ready to snap pictures of snow on the street as children die in a fire.
