Classic Pilchesky rant. 8000 of the 10,000 rumors posted on his site turned out to be true. Can Jimbu, Sherri, or anyone over there get me a list of which ones were which? Clearly Joe compiled the list because he mentions specific numbers. Feel free to post the list when you get it. Joe Pilchesky

We keep track of everything and anything that is generated by rumor, now that you reflect on it. To date, there have been over 10,000 threads started under the guise of a rumor. Of those 10,000, more than 8,000 matured into a finding of truth. For example: Rumor once had it that Judy Gatelli was a lying, two-faced, corrupt, betraying, crony thief. Then again, rumor also had it that I was, in fact, a very nice guy. What's true and what's not. You'll never know without running through the debate and speech cycle. Perhaps you can tell us what some rumors were that never developed into some degree of truth. Then again, if these 'rumors' are too painful or upsetting for you to read, you can always just read the Times, where you only read the truth. Do you contact the Times and express your feelings about the warped sense of the truth they have? Impress us. Tell us how smart you really are, or would that be a rumor?
He didn't list the 8,000 that turned out to lead to the "truth" ... well Joe the truth for you isn't necessarily the real truth ... and most of the citizens of Scranton know that ...
Just admit that your sources were wrong and simply apologize for it ... no not you ... that would be the easy and admirable thing to do ... it would be the right thing to do ... but why would I expect you to do the right thing ... you let your posters bash the families and innocent children/grandchildren of public officials ... not to mention what you do to their personal reputations ... Joe you are EVIL Personified!

I guess the awful rumor he started about that poor missing boy being found in an apartment house falls into the 2000, that didn't lead to the truth? Tell Me Joey did it at least lead you call the family and apologize for your tasteless, senseless, and idiotic comments on yet another story you knew nothing about but spewed about anyway? You slime!
If he can still say, straight faces and all, that 80% of his rumors lead to the truth, he must be in one hell of a slump, because I don't recall seeing one that has panned out recently...
