I'm sitting here today passing some time at the computer ... and I began reading DD as I usually do ... and I came across this post which I found to be quite interesting ...

Carmen Minora will never be a federal judge. If you want to see how to conduct yourself to be a federal judge, keep your eye on Nealon. The two men are a world apart in attitude, class and ethics. Judge Minora is establihing himself as a pro-machine judge. Munley better watch his step. He doesn't want to do the same thing. All these issues that Pilchesky takes before the court are people issues, so when a judge rules against him, he's ruling against the people.
I understand that is the way some people feel ... I truly do ... and I am not saying that they do not have a right to believe that Joe Pilchesky is their voice ... they have that right ... they truly do ... I am however saying that they do not have a right to proclaim Joe Pilchesky my voice ... he does not speak for me ... and I am not alone in my feeling.
Isn't it also funny how these two judges must be corrupt because they don't feel that Joe is right ... well ... isn't it possible that Joe could be wrong ... and when did Joe become a bigger expert on the law then all of the judges and lawyers ... the people who actually studied the law. I am just curious as to when and how he gained such expert knowledge of all laws ... going so far as to say that lawyers are citing the wrong laws ... it's crazy if you ask me ... sure I guess a lawyer can make a mistake ... but really ... if they were always citing the wrong case laws wouldn't Joe win more often? Even a corrupt judge wouldn't be able to ignore that ... so Joe maybe it's you who are wrong ... did you ever think of that?

He doesn't represent me. In fact, he represent everything I loathe.

My name is on his lawsuit and I want it off. I have written to Mrs. Gatelli asking for as much. If a decision as to whether or not release my IP address must go to court, I sure as hell don't want that ass-clown representing me.

It's another one of those "we think we're bigger than we are" issues.

DD.com and the LOD think they represent the city. They don't. They represent the 25 people they are comprised of.

I don't blame you one bit for not wanting that bag of wind representing you ...

I'm sure that in the end that both you and Paul will end up not being a part of that lawsuit ... your posts were not they type that would lead someone to file a lawsuit against you.

I think that there are more than likely 100 posters in total over across the hall and all posters were included ... that's more than likely what happened. They want the names ... and then I would imagine that before it ever goes to court they will go through those posts and read all of them ... and then get out the ones that do not belong as a part of the lawsuit.

I have not seen the list so I don't even know if I appeared on it or not.

Serial Plaintiff Joe Pilchesky should stick to representing himself...and his enabler Edith...period. But this is par for the DD course, and is no different than the weekly Fay 'Foam @ the Mouth' Franus rant where she claims that "______________ isn't for the people" (fill in name with appropriate person Fay happens to not like at the moment).

These are people (the DD cabal) that constantly need to justify their actions. How else could they continue mindless personal attacks? Shari and company can say what they want about us, but we are a small group of folks who don't pretent to represent anything or anyone but ourselves.

I don't care what they say about me Ag ... I don't cause problems for anyone in their life ... and if I have a question for one public official or another ... I do not go to a council meeting (because of the cameras) ... I make a phone call or a I write a letter ... and I do it in a respectful manner ... there is no reason to call these people names and have an I'll get in your face attitude if you don't answer me in the way that I want to be answered ... and that's another thing ... I may not always like the answer that I am given ... but that's life ... I expect that there are many things in life that I will not like ... that's what the DD'ers don't get!!

Is Shari and her gang still hanging around here ... see they got answers they didn't like so I'm sure that they won't be around long ...

They think we are deleting their posts Ag ...

The only posts I've ever deleted are my own. I did once take down Jimbu's avatar, but that was because it had an f-bomb on it...and I told him I did it after the fact.

Ironic though that they are complaining about posts being removed here, but you never hear a peep from them about how Pilchesky regularly bans people who don't tow the serial-plaintiff line.

There is a double standard for us ... although I didn't remove the posts in question ... they seem to think because they won't be banned then the posts that they write will remain no matter what ... and what they really should try and understand is that I don't have all of the power here ... it is our place ... mine the moderator and a few regular posters ... I do not consider Shari to be an owner in this site ... nor do I consider Shed to be an owner in the site ... Jimbu ... who knows he's the most pleasant of the three ... which was quite an unexpected surprise,

If Gatelli's lawsuit fails, and Pilchesky is sucessful in getting sanctions (stop laughing...hear me out), if our names were not removed from the suit despite our objections, we're gonna get a cut of the sanctions, right? $50,000 divided among 102 people is almost $500. That's like two free tanks of gas!
