No smartass it's not. I do my research and hand it over to where it counts. Sorry I don't have a scanner to post everything I say, you'll just have to trust me. If you made a statement about the city being broke and I called you on it, would you devote your day or week to prove it to me? Who am I or who are you to get that much effort. I just ask that you consider what I say and eventually a investigative agency or a court will prove me wrong. I'll give you the same courtesy in the meantime.

If I am mistaken that we have in fact called someone a name that could potentially harm them, their family, or the livelihood please highlight itfor me as I willl promptly remove that post as inappropriate.We do not ban people but we will edit a post that is considered to be inappropriate. We have removed posts about Jan and Joey & his wife and posted immediate apologies to them for inappropriate post. Does DD.com ever do that?
As to Jan you are right we do not like her actions and we have said that, again completely harmless.

We have accused her of nothing illegal or corrupt. We have said she grandstands so? That is our opinion of her behavior it is hardly a harmful observation.We have said she talks too much, that needs no proof its simply our impression. If you think she talks too little or just the right amount thats fine. Again that is hardly a harmful observation.
Where proof was needed and provided

I have called in to question her trustworthiness, that might be harmful, so I most certainly did provide proof in my post I will restate it here. In her recent interview with the paper she denied knowing about DD web site, posting at DD.com or knowing Joey.I flat out disbelieve she knows nothing about the website. My reason for that is the following: 1. anyone in politics would know about the website, as it widely talked about in those circles both positively and negatively, 2. Jan most certainly moves through those circles and unless she is hearing impaired would have at the very least overheard comments about the site, 3. aquamg is Fay Franus (by Fays own admission we have the post to back that up). She is a close friend of Jans, surely you know Fay would have talked to her about the website and her frequent postings. Based on that evidence I do not believe her to be truthful on the issue of not knowing about DD.com. Do you believe her?I flat out disbelieve her statement that she does not know Joey. My reason is as follows 1. She first stated she did not know him and then restated that she only knew him very casually in the same article. I am very suspicious of someone who has to change their story over such an easy question. She certainly shouldnt have been too mentally challenged by the question, it was, after all, a simple question. 2. After being less than forthcoming about her knowledge of Joey she further had to acknowledge having him over for dinner. Now I ask you Jimbu how many people do you have over for dinner that you dont know. I have already said I have none over that I dont know. Therefore I judged this denial about posting on DD.com in the same way a Judge would decide it in a civil court hearing.If the Judge determines that anyone was not truthful during any part of their questioning the Judge may consider all of the statements made by that person to be unreliable.Based on her previous answers which I believe to be untruthful, I do not believe her to have been truthful about posting on DD.com. I certainly am sorry you feel like your time was wasted over her but it was your choice to come here.It will also be your choice to leave. I have already stated it many times we do not ban; we actually do allow freedom of speech here.So stay or go it will be entirely up to you.
