Now if this were a case involving disputed property, for example, I could see using the property in question during the litigation, as not using it would be a de facto admission of guilt. But we're not talking about an issue involving the concrete here...we are talkig about the more abstract concepts of slander and defamation of character. Common sense would dictate not escalating the rhetoric.
This whole sad affair is proof positive that DD message board isn't about political action or improving Scranton for the better, it's all about Joe Pilchesky. Joe hits someone...gasp! they dare to hit back...and the Pilchesky machismo dictates that he up the ante. It would be comical if it didn't involve innocent bystanders (namely the family of Judy Gatelli and other elected officials).
Oh, and to the loyal DD posters out there reading this: How does it feel to be used as a cannon ball? Seriously, that's what you are boys and girls, cannon fodder in a bitter old man's personal war (Translation for the benefit of Granma: you are being used). But then again maybe that's what you want.
